I wasted no more time. I looked at my father and saw him running towards me. He was probably upset because it took him too long to beat me. But he obviously knew I was a challenge. I knew all his tricks. He knew mine, too. In battle, we were open to each other, but sometimes invincible.
"Let's put an end to this."
I heard him murmuring before he jumped on me again.
I duly moved my head and brought him to the side. I pushed him to the ground and he let out another frustrated growl.
"End the fight once and for all!" I heard Eliam cheering.
His cheers further motivated me .
I believed I was going to beat him. For the first time ever. Oh, my God.
Once again, I sat on his wolf, trapping him beneath me.
Just as my father was about to put his neck aside and surrender, I heard someone.
"Come on, Liz! It's time for you to defeat your father!"
