Chapter Fifty Five

"But what I see is the opposite, Blaze. Did you sleep well last night?" Siegfried asked again.

Blaze took a breath. He couldn't look at the man right in the eyes. For some reason, he has been nervous about the final trial since this morning. Maybe because yesterday, Siegfried unconsciously said his feelings to him. Besides that, his sister's words about him falling in love again still lingered in his mind.

Oh my God…

Siegfried looked at Blaze's face so closely. He could see the lines of exhaustion there. Maybe last night the man didn't sleep well again because of his job. He sighed and pulled the man's hand again. The two of them descended the stairs carefully, and he pulled him to his car.

Siegfried opened the passenger door. "Come in."

"I brought my own car, Director Lowells. Besides, I have to get back to the office. I still have a lot of work to do," Blaze said.
