Cold Treatment

" Hello lady boss" an over excited male voice sounded from the other side of the phone .

" Hey there , how are you doing today " she asked the person in the most calmest tone contrast to her anger which surprised Black Devil and her family .

" Apart from not having any new toys to play with , I'm fine " he replied . The others raised their brows at his first sentence .

" Why would a grown ass man need toys to play with " Colin asked while Adir smirked deviously .

" Sometimes I wonder if you had hit your head the day mom birthed you at the hospital " Adir stated shaking his head like a disappointed mother .

" Don't worry I've bought many new toys for you and your most favorite and desired one is among them . I'm sure you are gonna love playing with them " she told him still typing on her laptop .

" Wow boss lady . I'm so excited right now . I will have to wear the white suit you ordered for be last week " the excited young man exclaimed .

" Good . I will tell Nana to prepare something delicious for you and the others okay " she told him gently as talking to a child .

" Okay lady boss " he replied accompanied with a slight chuckle .

" I tell them to deliver them tonight but I will call you later to give you instructions " she said to him .

" Okay I will be waiting for your call . Love you " he said to her .

" Take care and Love you too teddy bear " she said softly before hanging up and calling another person .

" Hello boss " a deep male voice sounded from the other side .

" Hi , how are you doing ? " she asked .

" I'm good " the man replied .

" I need you to deliver those toys tonight . No traces " she told him coldly .

" Okay boss " he reassured .

" Take care of yourselves " she said before hanging up . Everyone looked at her with interest while the man sitting beside her frowned slightly .

" Are you doing what I'm thinking ...? " he asked Zilvshun with raised brows .

" I will make sure they they are well taken care of myself " she replied him coldly .

" Fine I won't stop you this time around because they deserves it " he muttered before standing up .

" I will take my leave now " he said giving her a side hug after she stood up .

" Okay . My regards to auntie and the others " she told him softly .

" Okay princess " he replied as she walked him to the door.

She. came back and took the laptop and handed it to Renly's father who took it with a confused expression .

" This is what my men found yesterday after the incident " she clarified causing him to nod in understanding .

" Dad , brothers , can I have a word with you outside " she said walking out of the ward . Her family raised brows at the way her tone sounded cold . Renly and his family felt uncomfortable after she left .

" We will be right back Edward " Alan said to his friend before walking out with his two sons .

" I have a bad feeling about this " Mirabelle told her family while starring at her elder brother .

" Dad can we see the videos now...? " Azure asked his dad while he set the laptop on the tea table in front of them .

They watch each video with rapt attention but didn't find anything out of the ordinary .

Azure clicked on the last video and they reviewed it intently. " This isn't good " Azure muttered closing the laptop .

Edward rubbed his temple with gritted teeth . He was sure Zilvshun was angry after watching the last video .

*** Outside ***

" Take a look at this " Zilvshun said handing out her cell phone to her father and brothers .

Alan took the phone and clicked the play button , him and his sons watch as a young woman got out of a black sports car . Her brown shoulder length hair sway with her as she walked towards another car as a young man came out of it .

They both had a conversation for a while before she handed a piece of paper to him . Alan paused the video and zoomed it as they looked at the thing she handed to him with wide eyes .

" I need some alone time " Zilvshun said and walked out of there .

" Dad this is bad " Adir muttered .

" She is going to have a blood bath soon " Colin added .

" Why does she have to be connected to every important person in her life...? " Alan asked with dissatisfaction written all over his face .

" I truly regret not listening to your auntie's advise back then " Alan said to his sons truthfully .

" It isn't your fault . You brought her up well . You gave her everything a father would ever give his daughter she took everything for granted " Colin told their father .

" I don't care what she might have had with Renly but she. shouldn't be the cause of Zilvshun's pain otherwise I will not take it lightly with her " Adir added coldly .

" I have disowned her so I don't care what happens to her . Since she has her legitimate family now she can do whatever she desires but I don't give a damn what Zilvshun does to her " Alan stated coldly before walking into the ward .

" So be it . I really can't believe Renly fell for her " Colin muttered in disbelief .

" I also find it hard to believe but it's love we're talking about here . Love is blind as they say " Adir commented as they walked into the ward .

Renly frowned when he didn't see the young lady come with her family . He wonders what everyone has viewed on the laptop , they were all acting weird .

" Dad give me the laptop , I want to see the video " he said to his father . Renly didn't want to be kept in the dark . Edward who heard him sighed and motioned for Azure to give the laptop to his brother .

Renly took the laptop and watched each video intently . His eyes turned cold as he watched the last video . Okay he really didn't believe that she could stoop so low , he was really disappointed in her . " Did he not meant anything to her in the past...? " he asked himself silently .

Renly frowned when a thought crossed his mind . " Uncle Alan do you know the young lady in the video ? " he asked looking up from the laptop .

" She was my daughter " Alan replied .

" The rest isn't my story to tell . She would tell you when she trusts you enough but for now I advise you not to ask her questions regarding her sister " he added .

" And remember to cut whatever ties you have with her because if you don't my sister will never want anything to do with you " Adir added .

" We will take our leave now " Alan said getting up .

" Okay , save journey " Edward told him with a side hug .

After Alan and his sons left , Edward looked at his son who. was starring at the laptop blankly . " That young lady is the one who we had asked you to marry in the past but you denied her without even meeting with her in the first place .

Renly's eyes enlarged at his father's words . He never knew she was the one . He was truly an idiot for rejecting such woman who has a heart of gold . Now he understands why Adir has been adamant about not letting him have his sister as his girlfriend or anything of the sort . They all knew but he didn't .

" I don't want to see that young woman with you Renly because if I do she wouldn't like me " Renly's mother said with venomous tone .

" I will not trade my woman for that gold digger mother " Renly said coldly shocking his family . That was the first time they've heard him speak about that woman with such a tone .

" Believe it or not I want my peace of mind and if that woman doesn't want to give it to me then so will I " Renly muttered closing the laptop . He was really annoyed with what she has done .

It been four days since he found out everything she's been doing behind his back but this four days has been very peaceful without her . Having another person by his side has changed his life in a good way which he would like to keep that way .

" We are leaving . I and your brother have to go to the company take care of certain things " Edward told his son which he nodded at .

" And Renly I think you should talk to your doctor " his mother added before they walked out .

Renly sat there looking at the door for a long period but it never opened . It was only lunch time that it opened and she walked in with a lunch bag but she didn't even bothered looking at him which made him feel uncomfortable .

She sat beside him and took his vital signs quietly , she proceeded to open the lunch bag and take out the flask of food . She put some of the food on a plate she brought before looking up at him with a blank gaze causing him to shift uncomfortably in his bed .

" Let's get something in to your stomach so that you can take your medicines " she said with no emotion in her eyes and her tone sounded blank but he still obeyed her words , ate and took the medicines she offered him .
