-12 Grimmauld Place – Lunch Day-
The day of lunch to inaugurate the newly renovated 12 Grimmauld Place arrived, and my family and I arrived at the house early, not least because my father and mother offered to help prepare lunch.
My mother, Andromeda and Remus were in charge of preparing the food, while the rest, which included Sirius, Harry, my father, Ted and I, went to prepare the house for the other guests, using some expansion spells on the kitchen to increase its size.
When it was close to 12 pm, everything was ready and the guests began to arrive.
The first to arrive were the Weasleys, which surprised not only me but everyone who knew the red-haired family, knowing full well their tendency to be late.
Soon after the arrival of the Weasleys, it was Hermione who arrived, and her parents unfortunately couldn't come because they had to solve a problem at their dental clinic.
Dora was here early, but she was entertaining and playing with Cele. She thought she was doing my parents a favor, but it was Andromeda who asked her to do it because she was afraid of letting her clumsy daughter help organize lunch.
Sirius wanted to invite the Longbottoms, but he heard about what happened to them. But even so he invited Neville and his grandmother, remembering that the young son of his friends was Harry's friend and housemate, but Augusta said that they would be busy and that Neville could not come.
Sirius thought about inviting other friends of his, but he thought this lunch was something more intimate and that it would be better to keep him among the family.
But back to lunch, after all the guests arrived, everyone immediately went to the kitchen, where a table full of delicious food and drinks was waiting for us.
"Hmm, so are you going to the Quidditch World Cup final?" my dad asked Sirius after gulping down his food, and the dog-man nodded.
"Yes, the Minister offered me some VIP tickets as some sort of compensation, or a bribe, I don't know" Sirius shrugged, before turning to Harry who was talking to Hermione and Ron, "And how do I know that Harry has never seen a professional Quidditch match, I decided to accept them to take him to see the final"
"And obviously your wanting to see the matches has no connection with that decision, right?" Andromeda asked sarcastically.
"Obviously" Sirius nodded with an honest face.
He then looked back at my dad, "And actually I won 6 tickets and I was going to take Harry and Remus with me, but Arthur already invited Harry to go with his family to the cup final" he said looking to the head of the Weasley family.
"That's true. Ludo owed me a little favor and got me some tickets for this final" Mr. Weasley said, and Percy who was sitting in the farthest corner snorted at Bagman's name.
Sirius nodded, "Well, and since Harry is already going with the Weasleys, I still have 4 tickets left..."
And saying that, he started looking at my parents with a look that said 'you understand what I'm implying', and really, it was clear to anyone that he was inviting my family to go to the Quidditch World Cup with he.
"Oh…" my dad said, turning to my mom, who also had an odd look on her face.
"Are you inviting us to go with you to the cup final?" my mother asked.
"Yes" Sirius said happily, with Remus nodding.
"And you're sure about that? It won't be a problem if we go? Because, well, Joshua and I are Muggles" she said with a look of uncertainty.
"I'm sure no one will try to stop us or stop you, that is, not if they don't want to suffer the consequences of angering the Black Lord" Sirius said, this being the first time I'd seen him use his title of lord without feeling disgust or contempt.
"Well, if you're sure…" my mom started to say, looking sideways at my dad.
"Then we accept your invitation," my father said, and Sirius smiled brightly.
"That's great," he said, and then turned to me, who had been quietly watching them chat, "So Ethan, are you excited to watch the Quidditch World Cup final?" he asked me.
"Hmm, actually I'm not a huge Quidditch fan," I said, and Sirius gasped.
"I've never heard such heresy before," he said, looking at me as if I'd offended his mother.
In fact, I already offended his mother and he just laughed with an almost maniacal happy look, so I take it back.
"I thought you liked Quidditch" Remus said confused, "From what I heard from Professor McGonagall you love playing Quidditch, and it's one of your favorite things to do at school"
"Well that's true" I said nodding my head, "But I like to play, not watch matches or follow professional teams and championships"
"Really?" Ron, who had his mouth full of potatoes, asked me with a dazed look.
"Yes, I like the thrill of flying, the speed, the sense of adventure…" I started to say.
"Destroying poor captains' dreams" Fred said, talking about Wood.
"And humiliating the other teams with landslide victories" George continued.
"Yes, yes, that too" I nodded, before turning to Harry, "And I'm pretty sure Harry feels the same way, of course, not counting the part about destroying dreams and humiliating teams"
And when I finished speaking, everyone turned to Harry, wanting to hear what he was going to say.
"Well, I can't say I don't like watching or talking about Quidditch" he started to say, nervous with so many eyes on him, "But it's true, what I like about Quidditch is the thrill of flying at great speed in the sky"
"Oh" Ron said, looking at Harry as if he was only just meeting his friend.
And Sirius, who listened to his godson just smiled, already knowing his passion for flying.
"I wish I had that passion for flying that you have" Dora said with a sad look.
"What do you mean?" Hermione asked.
"What does she mean..." Ted started to answer before Dora could, "Is that she's just as clumsy in the sky as she is on the ground" he said, chuckling lightly.
"Hey! That's not true!" Dora said, and her mother looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh seriously?" Andromeda asked, glancing lightly at me and Sirius with a look that promised pain if we made the joke, "Because as I recall, on your 13th birthday when we went camping, someone decided to fly on the broom they got as a gift and ended up stuck in a tree 20 meters from the ground"
"Well, that's not weird at all. Trees are very dangerous and obstacles very difficult" Dora said defensively, crossing her arms.
"That's true" Andromeda nodded, "But we were in an open field, and the nearest tree was 2 kilometers away"
"...Oh" Dora said, uncrossing her arms as her hair turned pink from her embarrassment.
"And here I thought your greatest achievement was tripping over a chandelier," I said, nodding in wonder.
"Did she trip over a chandelier?" Hermione asked Ginny with a confused look, and the red haired girl simply shrugged, also not knowing how something like this could happen.
And the twins, who were also confused about this, looked up to where there was a chandelier hanging from the ceiling, gaining sudden inspiration for a new prank.
But leaving all these questions of how physics worked to a clumsy witch, I started thinking about the Quidditch World Cup final.
'Amazing game, lots of fanatical fans, Leprechaun and Veelas concert, and a bunch of Death Eaters looking to cause panic and terror for their fun' I thought, and then I looked at my parents and Cele.
'I planned not to get involved in the events of this Quidditch World Cup Final, but apparently I don't have that option anymore' I sighed.
'But well, at least this will help me confirm if Pettigrew really met Voldemort, and if Crouch Junior is still with his father.'
End.

(End AN: Hmm, is it just me or did someone else not like the tone of the Five Nights at Freddy's movie either.
I found the animatronics not at all scary... Which makes me a little worried about the movie.)
