Betrayal?

February 3rd,

FLASHBACK.....

"I heard the plan's already in motion." Hugo whispered into his phone.

"Yes, Dany was brought in few days ago and she's told us what we need to know."

"Okay, so what do I do next?"

"You need to bring the kids in...the master has already set a deadline and you know how strict he is. So, it's up to you."

"I know. But how am I going to do that? Those kids literally know everything about us."

"Come tonight and we'll cook up a plan."

"Guys, we're not safe at all. I don't know what their plan is but we have to do something quickly." Ray said hysterically.

"Calm down Ray. If we don't know their plan, how then would we react? What would our next course of action be?" Lissa asked.

"Hold up. We? Our? What's the meaning of those pronouns?" I asked as they all looked at me like I was going crazy.

"I mean, why do you keep saying 'we' and 'our'? Ray's not part of this, so don't include him." I said. Ray looked at me, sadness and anger boldly expressed in his face.

"But he knows everything already. In fact, if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have known what your uncle was planning." Lissa explained as I shook my head defiantly.

"Sandra, what exactly are you afraid of?" Tony asked, looking at me with an unreadable expression. I sighed deeply. I knew my friends were already tired of my insistence.

"I-I just don't want to bring any other person into this mess-"

"But I'm already in it, aren't i? If they're really planning against you guys, do you think I'll be exempted?" Ray said, raising his voice a little.

"I agree with him, San. He's right." Lissa said, nodding. I sighed, tired of arguing with them.

"Okay then, so that means you've joined our stake out crew then-" I said.

"No. He doesn't necessarily have to go on stakeouts with us. He'll be our back up." Tony said, with a lopsided grin as I looked at him in confusion.

"Huh? What do you mean by back up?" I asked.

"Wait a second guys. Ray, what did you mean when you said Dany's kidnap was all part of their plan?" Lissa asked.

"I really don't know much about it, Lissa. But for me to hear him say it was a plan, I know Dany's not in danger..." he said.

"S-so does that mean Dany betrayed us?" I asked as my voice cracked. Lissa looked sad while Tony's eyes darkened.

"Yes. It does." Ray said.
