Chapter 10: Gohan's Gravity Battle

Babidi fixated his gaze on Vegeta through the crystal ball and muttered, "This guy seems like our best bet. He's got some dark thoughts brewing within, and I can totally control him."

But if he really wanted to take the reins, he'd have to stoke that evil fire a tad bit higher.

With that in mind, Babidi barked at Pui Pui, "You, head down to the first floor and play guardian. Slow them down, while I brainstorm a solution."

No one under Babidi's spell could disobey his commands, so Pui Pui reluctantly bowed and replied, "Yes, Lord Babidi! I won't let anyone near the spaceship."

Dabura, Babidi's strongest henchman, knew that even if the Demon King was history, Pui Pui stood no chance against someone like Saitama.

He could only hope that Saitama wouldn't engage him head-on, or he'd be sent flying with a single punch.

Soon enough, Saitama and his crew reached the entrance to the second floor, just in time to cross paths with Pui Pui, the self-proclaimed guardian.

Pui Pui shuddered at the sight of Saitama's shiny bald head.

"If you want to get past here, you've gotta defeat Babidi's appointed guard!" Pui Pui declared with bravado.

Vegeta scoffed, "Just you?"

Saitama chimed in, "Is one really enough? Let's make it more exciting." He turned to Goku, asking, "Rock-paper-scissors?"

"Rock, paper, scissors!" they all chanted together.

Pui Pui seethed with anger as he watched Saitama and the gang nonchalantly play a child's game.

Before falling under Babidi's control, Pui Pui was hailed as the strongest warrior on their entire planet. It stung to be underestimated like this.

Fists clenched, he growled, "You think this is a joke? Who dares challenge me?"

"I won!"

"Damn it, I lost!"

"It looks like Gohan's the winner."

Gohan beamed with pride, while the others slumped in defeat.

Supreme Kai, observing from the sidelines, couldn't help but be taken aback. These fighters seemed to treat battles like mere amusements, a troupe of formidable daredevils.

To Babidi's relief, Saitama wasn't chosen to fight.

Supreme Kai cautioned, "Pui Pui is a formidable warrior from a high-gravity planet; it's not wise to go alone."

Saitama snickered, "Gohan's got this. Watch and learn!"

Although Gohan had been somewhat lax with his training lately, he remained a formidable warrior who once bested Cell.

Pui Pui arrogantly proclaimed, "Underestimate me at your peril! I'm the second most powerful being in Babidi's service. I could crush you all with one hand!"

And just like that, Gohan sent him hurtling through the air with a single punch.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions followed in quick succession, and Pui Pui's confidence shattered.

Panicking, Babidi swiftly intervened, invoking his magic to alter the battlefield.

The surroundings morphed into an entirely unfamiliar planet.

Supreme Kai shouted a warning, "Be on guard! This is Babidi's magic; he can manipulate the battlefield to his minions' advantage."

Meanwhile, Pui Pui wiped blood from his mouth and stood back up.

He picked up a small stone and sent it hurtling towards the ground at bullet-like speed.

Pui Pui couldn't help but chuckle, "Welcome to my home turf – a high-gravity planet. It's ten times Earth's gravity. You won't stand a chance here; prepare to meet your doom!"

Supreme Kai urged, "Be careful, both of you!"

As the weight of the increased gravity pressed down on everyone, it was clear that fighting freely would be a challenge for Son Gohan.

But for Pui Pui, it was a whole different story. He thrived in this environment.

Unfortunately, the warriors from other realms, save for Supreme Kai and Kibito, displayed indifference.

Ten times Earth's gravity?

Well, they'd faced tougher challenges before!

Saitama casually waved his hand and said, "Don't worry, Supreme Kai. Gohan's got this."

Supreme Kai desperately wanted to prevent Saitama from throwing himself into another reckless battle, but by then, the fight was already underway.

Pui Pui charged towards Son Gohan with remarkable speed, moving as if the increased gravity didn't affect him at all.

When he closed in on Gohan, Pui Pui reared back and swung a punch.

"This is it," he gloated.

But Gohan, with a calm smile, raised his fist and replied, "I trained under sixty times Earth's gravity when I was younger. Ten times gravity is child's play, you know."

Pui Pui's eyes widened in disbelief.

And with one mighty punch, Gohan sent him rocketing through the air.

Pui Pui, defeated.

"Damn!" he exclaimed.

Supreme Kai and Kibito watched, flabbergasted.

"Ah, how anticlimactic," Saitama muttered, arms crossed, and a yawn threatening to escape.
