Chapter 24

I collected the basket from the maids and I went to meet Nathan at the stable.

"I am ready" I told him and he nodded.

"Should we ride or teleport there instead, which one did you prefer?" he asked me.

I raised my hand up happily in the air and shouted like a kid...

"Let's ride" I told him. "Together" I said again and he gave a nod. He helped me on his black stallion and he sat at my back.

"Ready?" he asked and I nodded my head in response.

"Whoaaaaaa" I screamed as I raised my hand up again to feel the breeze, Nathan was very fast as he was riding and I didn't mind it at all. I liked it. I liked the way the breeze was blowing my hair and I liked the feeling of having Nathan at my back as we rode. "You like it?" he asked and I gave him a nod.

"Is this the fastest you can go?" I asked him.

"No" he replied and I was shocked, this was too fast already and now he was saying it wasn't the fastest he could go. "Should I increase my speed so you can see it?" he asked me. "Okay" I told him and he increased his speed again. It was just too too fast, I felt like I was flying.

Finally we reached the Hawthorn tree. "Wow, this one looks magical" I said as I stared at the tree in bewilderment, he just chuckled as he ruffled my hair and I pouted my lips at him. I picked the basket and dragged him towards it. I placed the basket down at the foot of the tree.

"Let's play a game" I told him and he creased his forehead.

"What game?" he asked me.

"Let's see how many you can pick and how many I can pick, then the loser would do something that the winner says" I told him again and he raised his brow.

"Are you trying to make a deal with me again?" he asked me and I shook my head at him.

"This is not a deal, it's a game, you are in, right?" I asked him.

"Bring it on" he said and I started the countdown.

"5...4....3...2...1... goo!!" I screamed and we started picking the red berries on the white like leaves. I picked many as fast as I could because I didn't want to lose.

"Over" I said again because I was getting tired of picking them. I poured all my berries on the ground and he also did the same. I wanted to count it but....

"That is waste of time, mine is much than yours" he said and I glared at him. I counted mine and his and he said the truth. His was 45 in total and mine was just 30.

"Okay, okay, you win, what do you want me to do for you?" I asked him as I knelt before him.

"Kiss me" he said and my ears went deaf for a moment, not able to understand what he said.

"Why would you ask for that?" I asked him.

"You said the loser would do anything for the winner, right?, this is what I asked for" he said again.

I moved closer to him and gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"Not there" he said, "Here" he said pointing at his red lips.

I moved closer to him and I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him, it was a long kiss as I pried his mouth open with my tongue and I delved in deeper and deeper. He kissed me back with the same urgency. His hands moved to

my head as he grabbed a handful of my hair and his fingers tangled in them. We switched position and he was on top of me now.

We kept kissing and he left my lips to trail wet kisses on my face, he kissed my eyes my nose and now my lips as he took them in his mouth, he kissed my nape slowly and I clutched his arms tightly, I felt butterflies in my stomach and I couldn't ignore this feeling of ecstasy I was succumbing to.

He trailed downwards to my neck as he kissed licked and sucked on it slowly, His hands travelled to my back as he started loosing the ropes on my back while kissing my bare neck and chest.

"Nathan, stop are you going to do this in the open here?" I asked him.

"Why, no one is watching" he said in a husky tone. Then he stopped for some obvious reasons I don't know of. He sat back on the grass and he pulled my hands so that I would sit up.

I grabbed the berries and ate them. They tasted so sweet and I fed some to Nathan as well and he collected them with his mouth and I gently laid on the grass with my head on Nathan's lap.

"Ahhh, this feels good" I sighed as I opened my clear red eyes.

"Nathan" I called him.

"Yes" he answered me back.

"You are actually a prince, am I right?" I asked him and he nodded.

"Why don't you live in the castle with the King?" I asked him.

"Nothing, I just want to live alone" he answered.

"What of your mother?" I asked him again. "She is dead" he replied and I looked up to see his face."Sorry, I didn't know" I told him.

"Don't worry" he said. "Do you have any siblings?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I have just one brother and two sisters" he answered me.

"How are they, are they just like you?" I asked him.

" Yes" he answered shortly. "Can I meet your sisters one day, I would love to see them" I told him and he nodded.

"Your brother is Kiel right?" I asked him and he nodded again. "So what are the names of your sisters?" I asked him.

"Miranda and Allenda" he said.

"A..K..M..N" I said and he looked confused.

"That is you guys abbreviation" I said and his mouth formed an 'o'.

"Why don't you add your name?" he asked. "oh, sorry Lord Nathan, I am not your sibling" I said to him and he chuckled.

"You are my wife so you are part of me" he said and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Let's go back it is getting late" he said as he stood up, I packed the berries into the basket and we went home riding on his horse again with him behind me.
