He is very Determined and in this world in absence of might guy his presence inside rock lee will give him motivation to fight on.

Lei Wulong is a character from the Tekken series he is hong kong police detective inspired from Jackie chan Lei uses a versatile fighting style based on animal forms from Chinese martial arts, including Tiger, Crane, Dragon and Drunken form. He is known for his calm demeanor and laid-back attitude, often pursuing justice.
