Chapter 2: Awakening

Ethan Bunnies stood on his balcony, his eyes fixed on the distant horizon, disbelief etched on his face. Confusion clouded his mind, his heart heavy with the weight of unfamiliarity. Where was he? How had he come to be in this world? These questions echoed within him, unanswered and elusive.

'' Where am I?''

''W-What happened?''

''Aaahhh!!''

A searing pain erupted in Ethan's head, as if a thousand needles were piercing his consciousness. Staggering under the intensity of the sensation, he clutched his temples, desperately trying to make sense of his fragmented thoughts. And then, like a torrential downpour, a flood of foreign memories assaulted him, cascading through his mind with an overwhelming force.

'' F*ck!''

''Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t"

"This can't be happening. I f*cking transmigrated! To a f*cking fantasy world"

Acceptance settled within Ethan's heart, as he gradually embraced his new reality. The original owner of this body, also named Ethan, had been the newly crowned King of the Vale. Fate had thrust this monumental responsibility upon him with urgency, for the original Ethan's parents had tragically perished, leaving the kingdom without a ruler.

But destiny, it seemed, had other plans. Shortly after ascending to the throne, the original Ethan fell ill, succumbing to a mysterious ailment that claimed his life. And in the wake of his passing, Ethan Bunnies had taken his place as the new Ethan Darkwood, the ruler of the Kingdom of Verdant Vale.

"Sigh, your mom died when you were young and now even your father died. May you rest in peace. I will honor your family's legacy and bring glory to our ancestors."

"Such pity, such pity"

Ethan searched through the memories, and the deeper he came to understand this world the more excited he became. This continent on which his small kingdom prevails is hailed as Valoria and is a magical world known for its powerful knights. Ethan got excited at the thought of being able to fly and crush mountains with his bare fists, only to be ruthlessly crushed by reality.

"Ah Sh*t, 19 years old and you're only an early-stage trainee. What the hell!! Speak about a tiger father fostering a dog son."

Crushed by the revelation of his poor talent, Ethan started to panic knowing full well that his kingdom is on the brink of destruction, and he can't do anything to prevent the destruction of his kingdom.

When suddenly he heard a sound in his head.
