ANGEL BEASTS ATTACK

Walking inside the portal,Ling found himself in another place.It was clearly not Earth.The sky was clear revealing the outer space.Stars of different colours,and miraculous clouds of mixed colours.Ten moons of different sizes were in one line orbiting the magnificent planet.The ground had grass all over,but not the type you could find on Earth.The grass were cleanly white.

Ling approached one of the bushes and went to uproot a strand of the white grass.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you,"Alexander warned as he was standing behind him.

"Why?"

"Those are beasts.They actually stay motionless underground.They are called the white doppelgangers."Alexander saw that Ling was confused,so he continued.

"That bush,is a hair of a single beast.They are pretty large and strong.They are able to analyse your strength to equal its own.So you will be both equal in terms of strength.Imagine if you could survive all these."He pointed every direction.The white bushes were everywhere.

"Then what are we doing here?"Ling asked

"We are here to give you something,then test you . Again."Alexander started walking at a certain direction then Ling followed behind ignoring all the white bushes.

Ling was a bit confused,and that's when everything linked together.What was this person doing in the wasteland when he was attacked? Where the hell did that beast even come from?Why did he save his life?

"Wait a minute.It's you who brought that thing to me? Heck I almost died."

"But you're still alive."

"WHAT!?"

"That's enough,"Alexander said as his hands produced some golden spackles and suddenly Ling couldn't open his mouth.

"Mmmmhmm...,"he kept on mumbling for a while now until suddenly Alexander stopped and the young boy bumped on his back and fell down.

"We're here,"Alexander said as he dwindled his fingers in the air forming those golden sparkles again. Metres infront of them,the air was becoming blurry until a small old wood house appeared.

"Did you ever mind cleaning that... what is it anyway...a loo?"Alexander turned around looking at Ling on the eye."Yeah...I should never ask questions."After an hour of walking to where they were now, Alexander had felt mercy for the boy and cancelled the spell he had cast on him.

As soon as the two walked inside the portal,the sky began shifting in a circular motion gathering dark clouds blocking the light from reaching the surface.It looked like a tsunami was about to happen as thunderstorms became louder and sharp lightning sparks were generating at the centre.

"Lucy,can you tell what this is?"The general asked his female assistant who always stayed by his side as he looked at the dark sky through the huge building window.

"Am afraid not Sir,"Lucy replied.

"And please stop calling me Sir,It might be my death today with everyone calling me Sir.Just call me Dred.At least I'll die as Dred than a sir."

Lucy was lost of words.It was the first time she learnt of her boss' name.She thought of it as a cool one as she scurried her red face away patting her long blonde pony tail hair that was hanging to her breast.

A loud thunderstorm brought her naughty mind back to reality as she looked through the window.The heavy clouds had covered the whole sky,and at the centre,they swirled around like a drill that was sharp at its point,then its size increased upwards.It was a large tornado descending straight to the city.Lightning sparks were all around it.

"Sir-Sorry...,Dred,I think it would be better for the residents to evacuate the city."

"That's too late Lucy,we have to accept the situation and deal with the problem.But give an order to the whole city that they must stay indoors.For those who can evacuate,let it be so for them."Lucy left the office and gave the order immediately on which everyone cooperated with.

The tornado seemed to have slowed down,but it radiated with high energy showing that it was strong.It reached the level of one of the highest buildings, causing it to break apart as it was continuously hit by the strong spinning tornado.

The windstorm had hit the ground shaking the whole city.Instead of stopping,it continued to dig the ground until it vanished sending shock waves everywhere.Some of the buildings had bent away from the part that had been hit.

A large black circle was left spinning in the crater made.It looked like shadows had gathered there spinning.It was all magical to the general.The sky was still covered by the thick dark clouds.His muscles tensed as he watched the circle without blinking.

In the area where the tragedy occurred, people were screaming for help because they were heavily injured while others ran for their lives.Cars kept on hooting without their owners,the were all abandoned.Accidents occurred as some tall buildings had collapsed and cars colliding on each other.It was a horrific site.

Out of the circle,beasts that had never been seen before jumped from it as they landed on the ground.There was no introduction as they started to slay every moving thing around them.Soldiers had arrived with all kinds of firearms killing some of the beast as some of the troops were killed by the demons.Their bodies were separated from their parts as some beast devoured their flesh while they are alive.It was clear that the creatures were winning this war.
