Balance was the God of Balance. He was neither good nor evil.

When the world was too peaceful he would create chaos, and when the world was too chaotic he would descend the land and purify it like a holy angel. But all must be in balance, not too peaceful, not too chaotic.

After walking past the two lights, the lights disappeared.

Walking into the distance, a strange door appeared. The door opened and revealed a grey light.

Balance extended his hand and pointed at the tide of hungry sand corpses.

Balance smiled at the grey light, even he felt the pressure of the energy levels this grey light emitted.

The sand corpses didn't feel the energy level but they felt the pressure, they were unable to move.

Balance again pointed at the tide of sand corpses and released the grey light.

Instantly, the grey light shot at speeds comparable to light towards the tide.

A strange sound was heard. There was no boom or any sound when the corpses were hit, and neither did the ground.

When Balance looked at the scene again, there was only grey dust on the ground, soon to become one with the wind.
