9.HIRUZEN'S RESOLVE

"That's good to hear! Others Nations won't get involved"...i muttered to myself and suddenly asked, "What will happen if Konoha suddenly got seven to eight hundred good qualified shinobi and Orochimaru joined back our Village?"

Now that got everybody's interest, especially Danzo's.

"What are you talking about about boy? Are you saying that you have seven to eight hundred good shinobi under your belt, who had no allegiance ?Do you even know what you are talking about?".... said Koharu

"As for Orochimaru, he will be executed as soon as we captured him".....said Homura.

"I am just asking you to imagine a Hypothetical situation"....i said.

"Then Kumo will be cowered and the Raikage will be forced to think that war is not the right path, even if we didn't fulfill his demands. Because, as hard-headed as he is, he also has to understand that even if he wins the war in any way from us, Kumo will become so weak that it will be picked up by the other villages who were by the end of the war, would have fully recovered from their losses of their previous war. So he will have no other choice, unless he wants to put the existence of his village at risk"..... replied Danzo.

"We have answered your questions, now tell us your plan?".... asked an eager Danzo.

"My plan revolves around two clans and a famous shinobi of Orochimaru's caliber joining Leaf village and i believe i can convince them, but the task is time consuming something which you have to provide me. It will take atleast one month from now"....i replied.

Now that got there interest.

"Who are these two clans? Who is this supposed famous shinobi of Orochimaru's caliber? How did you find out about them?"....asked an impatient Koharu.

"I have find about them through my summons"...i replied.

"What! You possess a summoning contract? How did you got it? What kind of summon are they? Infact, How did you even know about summoning jutsu? Who trained you? Why didn't you told me anything about this?"...jiji bombarded me with questions after questions.

"I am in possession of two summoning contracts, one is Giant eagle contract and the other is Chameleon contract.....as for how i got them....hmm! i have my ways....i trained by myself...and i liked secrecy so you didn't know about it"...i replied.

"Haruto! i am just worried about you... do you know how dangerous the shinobi arts are?.....one mistake while performing them can cost someone their life!...so you should tell me which fool dare you teach you"....i interrupted jiji before he could finish..."i know what shinobi arts are and i have training in them for quite some time...and i can take care for myself and my little brother so you have nothing to worry about us....as for my skills...well! i managed to infiltrate one of the most secure place in the hidden leaf without being detected and you found about me because i let you and this is not even the first time"....i finished with a smirk.

They were astonished to find out that a four year child has somehow managed to acquire not only skills comparable to chunins but two summoning contracts, every shinobi knew how rare are summoning contracts.

Its no surprise to me that they were astonished.

Since at present, Konoha possessed five publicly known summoning contracts. Two of them were major contracts, them being the Ape contract of the Sandaime jiji, the Toad contract of Jiraiya of the Sanin, my stupid, self-proclaimed super perverted godfather and three other minor contracts which were the dog contract of Kakashi Hatake, the Turtle contract of Maito Gai and the crow contract of Itachi Uchiha.

The two other major contracts, the Slug contract of Tsunade had been lost, when she left Hidden Leaf in her self-proclaimed exile as well as the Snake contract of Orochimaru , when he defected from Konoha. Now, the number had gone up by two more. I wonder what will happen when they meet Shiromari...they might have an heart attack when they see the true might of the Chameleon contract.

As expected when they learned that i have infiltrated this place before, they exploded and Danzo not being the type to lose a opportunity asked "What! How did you managed to do it? What kind of Justu you used?"

"I used a special jutsu of Chameleon clan"...i answered.

Then I interrupted Danzo before he could further ask questions "Enough inquiries of my abilities! Do you want to hear my plan or not?".

They frowned at my balant disrespect for them but for the time being, ignored it.

Suddenly jiji asked, "Let's say we accept your plan. Then pray tell me how we will get the one month's time from that bullheaded, arrogant Raikage of all people?"

"Well the Raikage has already given us two week's time we just have to get us two more weeks"....i said.

"The question still remains, How will we convince him?"...asked Homura.

{( I have already thought about it but I am pretending because in the anime the Raikage didn't declared war on Leaf village even after learning the truth that, the corpse given to him is not of Hiashi's but of Hizashi, It meant that the Raikage didn't actually want a war which indicates that his threat of war was empty or maybe by the time he finds out, the Leaf was more than ready. Kakashi himself stated in the anime that only 33.33% academy graduates passes the real genin test which means Konoha only produces 33 genins out of 100 academy graduates every year. Let us assume, in the anime the Raikage finds the truth in 5 years so leaf got the most 33×5=165 genins out of which some became chunin, some jounin,etc and some KIA. So what will happen if Konoha suddenly got seven to eight hundred good qualified shinobi and on top of that a S-ranked shinobi. Clearly..... This brings me to a conclusion that if I succeed in my intentions, Leaf will recover from the losses and the Raikage will do nothing, hence my plan )}.

"Hmmm how indeed!...tell me how did they find out about Hiashi Hugya being the culprit? Did we tell them?"....i asked.

"No! we didn't tell them, they probably found out through the rumours around the village!"....said Danzo.

"Who started them?"...i asked again.

"The Hugya clan".....said Danzo.

"Why?"..i asked again.

"Probably to get the moral support from the general public of konoha"....said Danzo.

"Oh!....Does the Raikage especially wants Hiashi's head or will any main house hugya clan member will suffice them?"....i inquired.

"Technically, they wants the byakugan from the leaf so any main house hugya clan member will suffice them"...said Danzo.

"Ok! we will inform Kumo that Hiashi didn't do it but someone else from the main house of the Hugya clan did it and that individual started the rumor to save himself/herself. And we have taken 13 such individuals into custody as possible culprits behind the murder but no amount of Torture or any other traditional methods are working against them"...but jiji interrupted me before I could finish my talk saying, "But Haruto!They will then ask us to use Yamanaka clan's mind jutsus, then what?"

"Exactly, that's what i want them to do"....i exclaimed.

Everyone looked at me with skeptical eyes.

"We will just explain them that the interrogation jutsu used for these purposes, is special and known only to the Yamanaka clan head as such only Inoichi Yamanaka can perform it, who is currently on an important mission on the orders of Lord Fire Daimyō himself so he can't be recalled and it will take at least the next two weeks for completion. After which it will take another one week to investigate everything since the interrogation jutsu puts a great stress on the mind of the user so can't be used continuously.....and as for the documents and approval of Fire Daimyō, i leave that to you people".....i explained.

"But the Psycho Mind Transmission jutsu does nothing like that"...said Kohura.

"Something which only we knows"....said Danzo.

"Yes, they don't have that much knowledge about the inner workings of Yamanaka clan"....i said.

"What if they asked Inoichi's father to perform the procedure since by our statement we declared that he too is capable of performing the Psycho Mind Transmission jutsu"....inquired Koharu.

"Tell them the jutsu puts a great strain on the mind of the user thus is fatal for an old man as such he can't perform it, besides he is a retired shinobi so we don't have any authority over him"....i said.

"What if they asked how do we deal with situations like this other times in absence of Inoichi?"...asked Homura.

"We will tell them we have some other Yamanaka to deal with situations like that but they generally makes the victim unstable and we can't risk the mentality of twelve innocent people of our own, just to find the culprit among the thirteen suspects"....i replied.

"Why do you think they wil agree to give us the two weeks time?"...asked Danzo.(probably to test my reasoning).

"Because they haven't declared war on us yet which indicates they too want to avoid the war if possible. If they really wanted a war with us, then they would have declared it ages ago since we gave them a very good reason for it, didn't we. It meant the Raikage too is aware of the situation with the other hidden villages and has taken it in account before coming to the decision but that doesn't mean that he will back down so easily if we didn't fulfill his demands. He will go to war if we couldn't show him that Leaf has more than recovered and war will brought ruins to both villages.The other reason is as jiji said he is arrogant and on top of that greedy thus he will think along the lines, what could the Leaf possibly do to get out of this situation even if I gave them two more weeks. l will get a main house clan member, ultimately which means the Byakugan, without breking a sweat, as the Leaf has accepted that they are at fault and one of those thirteen main house clan member is the culprit. So he will agree with us but of course Kumo will chit-chat a lot on this matter and will also try to find alternative motive behind this but convincing them is your work"....i explained.

"What if your plan failed and, the clans and that shinobi refused to jion us?".....asked Homura.

"Then we will tell them that Hiashi lied to protect himself and we will go through with your plan"...i replied.

They frowned at my reply and started discussing my idea.....

SOMETIME LATER....

"You have thought this plan, thoroughly, we will go with it as there's nothing wrong in trying but it will be very difficult. You have our approval on the conditions that you tell us the identity of these clans and that supposedly famous shinobi of Orochimaru's caliber and you have to choose two anbus to accompany you in your endeavour."...said jiji.

I frowned but accepted the terms and told them about those clans and that Shinobi because i don't have any other choice.

"I see so you found out about these clans through your chameleon summons. One of them will surely join us and the other will probably too If we could show them the benefits of joining Hidden Leaf, not to mention they were probably desperate for resources which we can provide them. But that shinobi will be very difficult to convince"... trailed off jiji.

"Leave that to me and give me every information available in Leaf on these topics. Remember my identity must remain known to only you four and you four alone"...i said.

They agreed.

"Now we must find two suitable anbus for you"...said jiji.

"And my requested info"...I reminded them.

"Yes! Yes! Disguise yourself again Haruto, i am gonna remove the privacy seals"....said jiji.

I put my mask back and used transformation jutsu.

Then jiji removed the privacy seals and opened the door and ordered boar san "Boar go fetch these files and ask cat and rat to report to me".

So he came back with my requested files and i immediately took them and used summoning jutsu and handed them over to my summon Gekko(a human-sized Chameleon) who took them and poofed out of existence.

Then i poofed out of existence.

{( Yes! it was shadow clone the entire time)}

"What! You damned brat!!.... screamed jiji.

"Impressive! To master shadow clone jutsu to this degree at such a young age".... said Danzo.

"Oh No! we have to send some reinforcements for him in Land of Hot Water.... quickly Rat! Cat!"...but Danzo interrupted him before he could finish giving his orders.

"Hiruzen! Remember only he and his summon knows the locations of the clans. And by this time he must have gone too far to be tracked, probably using that Giant eagle summoning contract of his, so it's useless to send reinforcements.Don't worry he will probably send his shadow clones for the negotiations while he himself will remain far away from danger and if push comes to shoves he can always rely on his summon."....said Danzo.

"That brat is going to be the death of me" muttered a frustrated jiji.

"Youngsters! These days never listens to their elders".... muttered Homura to himself.

"Danzo! if i find out that you have any hand in his training then you know me better than anybody".... jiji warned Danzo which he completely ignored.

"Hiruzen! Don't worry he can take care of himself, remember he infiltrated one of the most secure place in the hidden leaf without being detected and don't forget that for all his vices, he is the son of the most dangerous shinobi ever to walk the elemental nations....you can always scold him later"....said Homura.

"Meanwhile, we have to prepare ourselves to get the required time from the Raikage".....said Koharu.

"Boar! Go stop the Hugya elders from proceeding with our plan and bring them to us for a meeting".... jiji barked the order to Boar san.

"There's no doubt if they agreed to join us which I hope they will, then we will once again become the strongest hidden village and Kumo will back down from their demands".....said Danzo with a smirk.

"Hmm"... agreed everybody.

HUGYA COMPOUND

MEETING HALL...

The Hugya Elders has just finished explaining the plan to save the Byakugan's secrets and avoid the war from Kumo.The tension in the room was so thick one could almost cut it with a knife.

"I refuse!".... boomed the voice of one Hugya Hiashi.

"Hiashi! Try to see reasons! Its the only way to save the Byakugan's secrets and help the village avoid the war. Besides it is the duty of branch house to protect the main house and the Byakugan".....said one of the Hugya Elders.

"He may be a branch house clan member but he is my brother! I refuse"..said Hiashi.

"I accept"... said Hizashi.

"What! Hizashi you don't have to do this just because you are from the branch house. It wasn't your fault"... said a surprised Hiashi.

"Big brother! I am not doing this just because I am a branch house clan member but because you are my brother and i want to protect you. Besides this is the first time in my life that I got to choose my own destiny, even if it's death so i accept"..... said Hizashi.

"We will have to do the necessary preparations.....".....Hiashi interrupted the elders before they could finishish giving their orders "I refuse to sacrifice my brother. It was my fault so i'll make up for it"..... responded Hiashi.

Suddenly Hizashi said "Thank you! Big brother!"

"Huh! For what?"....said Hiashi in confusion.

"For accepting me as your little brother".... replied Hizashi.

Then he punched his elder brother unconscious.

It shocked everyone to see the length Hizashi is willingly ready to go to save his elder brother's life because everybody knew that Hizashi hated his elder brother and the main house ever since his son was marked on the orders of Hiashi.

"In this scroll, I have written my reasons why I accepted this proposal. Give it to my son when he becomes wise enough to understand my reasons"....said Hizashi.

As soon as Hizashi was ready to face his death, Boar came and informed that the Hokage has ordered to stop this. And all of them has been called for a meeting at the Hokage's tower, effective immediately.

The Hugya elders looked at each other and nodded. They proceeded to wake up Hiashi to go to attend the meeting with the Hokage in hopes that the crisis might have been solved.

So jiji then informed them everything about my plan and how they have to keep it a complete secret and how there might be a possibility that it might fail also so he told them to be ready for the worst case scenario too.

"Good luck! Haruto it's entirely on you now... I wish you success" jiji wished for me.

Hiruzen then steeled his resolve and started preparation for the next meeting with the Raikage to snatch another two weeks time.
