'Ether annihilation!'

Thinking of the special qualities of this move, Arthur who had already intended to use this raid as an opportunity to announce his presence to Elias felt there was no better time to use it

So, with that in mind, Arthur looked at Amos who was on the brink of exploding, and slowly held up his hands

"Amos! Although I don't know what you're about to do, but I certainly won't let things go the way you want to!" shouting this, bright red and blue particles began to light up everywhere

Not only that, but each of those particles carried an aura that made Amos who was already turning mad tremble and temporarily regain his senses

"Impossible! The process has already started, and my lord's servant would be born from my flesh and blood through my sacrifice!"

Shouting angrily, Amos didn't believe that Arthur could stop his transformation process

However, Arthur didn't reply him but continued to focus his attention on his attack

"In the world Elias, Mana and Aura have been known to be mutually exclusive"

"Any sort of combination would lead to an explosion annihilating the users to smithereens"

"However, what would happen if someone possessed the ability to manipulate both mana and aura?"

Laughing maniacally, Arthur began to feel a tinge of excitement swell up from within him as he the move neared its completion, while Amos who realized what was going on couldn't help but widen his eyes in shock

"Impossible! Not even a god should be able to manipulate both mana and aura, impossible!"

Completely devoid of his previous composure, Arthur's move just now seemed to accelerate his deterioration process

And Arthur seeing this, knew he had to hurry up

"Amos! Although you may have completely lost your mind, but I want you to know this"

"Even though you tried to kidnap my sister for a cult, and wanted to harm my parents the twelve years we spent together do mean a lot to me"

"Amos goodbye, and don't worry I'll find out what happened to you back then, I don't believe my parents would abandon anyone"

Shedding a single tear underneath his mask, Arthur combined the surrounding Mana and Ether causing an explosion so loud the whole Dragonborne empire seemed to wake up

*Boom! *

Followed by a purple mushroom cloud, the entire skies including the neighboring Thorneheart viscounty and other surrounding areas were completely illuminated with a purple light.

And at the center of this explosion, Arthur stood motionless as he watched his uncle's body along with the whole cave being vaporized right before his eyes

"Church of chaos! I don't know how you convinced my uncle and made him crazy, but I'll make sure you pay for it with your lives"

Clenching his fists, Arthur took one last look at where Amos once stood before heading out, now he had more important things to attend to such as the captured Avalon and the unconscious Sabrina

Fortunately, thanks to the seed, he could pinpoint where Leona was without any troubles.

[Dragonborne Empire]

Just as Arthur lit up the night sky, all kinds of movements had begun all through the empire

People in rural areas saw it and prayed saying that the purple lord had come to save them from poverty

The leaders of different cults had different reactions as they feared some kind of deity was trying to forcefully descend into the world

The mage and knight's guild speculated that a ninth-order artifact had been accidentally unearthed

While Elias and Sabrina who were at the kingdom's border, seeing the explosion and confirming it was from or at least near their home, they immediately ordered for a leave as they thought about Arthur's and Sabrina's safety

In fact, had it not been that the kingdom attached huge importance to this border defense, both of them would have just left without giving a care

Now unless they wanted to be charged with treason which had to be avoided if they wanted their children to live a normal life, yes, they had no choice but to follow the procedure

*Damn it, Arthur! Sabrina! You both better be alright if not it doesn't matter if we're branded traitors, Mom and I will burn down this whole kingdom*

Cursing inwardly, Elias's aura seemed to suppress a large portion of the army, while the plants beside Sabrina all began to wither and die as if their life were being drained from them

However, even with all this, the protagonist of this drama was currently in the midst of conducting an interrogation

Splattered with blood all over his clothes, the emotionless expression in Arthur's eyes could send chills to all who saw it

[Arthur Pov]

Leaving the cave hideout, the first thing Arthur did was not to contact the dependents who went to the other hideout locations

But rather, he went after Leona wanting to interrogate Avalon and find out what was going on

Fortunately, she wasn't too far and after about thirty minutes, he managed to catch up to her, dragging a bloody unconscious Avalon and a regular unconscious Sabrina

Now one hour had passed, and under Arthur's unrelenting torture Avalon had managed to spill a lot of secrets

"Arghhhh! Enough! Enough! Kill me! I've told you everything I know!"

Screaming in Agony, Avalon looked at the two demons who hovered above him, Arthur and Loena

Thanks to them, his right arm was completely gone, the light in his right ear was no more, and several lacerations were all over his body

With his kneecaps also gone and a few rips broken, it was a miracle he was still alive

However, for Arthur who took family seriously more than anything, even this wasn't enough

"Shut up! Or do you want me to break your jaw next!"
