Inside The Territory

I can't help but to stare at my dad's face; he's so much younger than the ' Dad ' from my timeline.

" I guess 8 years for time make the difference huh?". I mumbled to myself.

I sneak in the house in a slow pace; so that my foot steps are silent as a dead wind. I stood up from the side; near the door, so my dad won't bump into me or notice someone for intruding.

" Children his days. they do those knock and run joke ". Dad said with a mild irritation on his tone.

Dad closed the oak door and locked the door knob. He turn around and walk towards the living room on the right side corner, Thankfully he didn't notice me for being here.

" What should I do now?". I asked myself. I don't have any idea what am I supposed to do in this moment, I just made up my mind on my own and now. I'm stuck in a situation where the flow of time might chance in it's core.

I calm myself down but touching both of my cheeks with both of my cold shivering hands. I know that this is my house but at the same time I feel so uncomfortable just by standing in this warm home.
