When Kushina woke up she felt like something was different and that somehow her chest was heavier Kushina then looked down and realized she couldn't see her feet because the view was blocked by the two mounds on her chest she then started to freak out and it took a while for her to calm down
Kushina then started to focus on going to the morning after she went into her void dimension. when Kushina appeared inside her room she realized she was naked and she looked and realized she was way too big to be able to fit in her old clothes she then decided to yell for her mama since she didn't trust her papa to understand what she now needs as she also had Mikoto help her get clothes that she could wear when she was tiny little six year old now she thinks she's around 15 looking she couldn't tell how long she was asleep so she decided to yell for Mikoto "MAMA"
Mikoto Then was extremely confused as her daughter never wakes up this early so she ran upstairs and told her husband to continue waiting for breakfast as their daughter currently needs her
when she opened the door to her daughter's room she a saw a young woman standing in front of a mirror while naked and currently looking at her body in with disbelief in her eyes if it wasn't for the horns wings tails and ears Mikoto would have thought that a pervert had invaded her daughter's room.
Kushina was currently looking at her body and measuring what she looked like she estimated she had a c cup and she was standing at a solid 5ft 8inches and her wings were now 8 times her body length and each of her tails were still 1.5 times her leg length and her horns had grown and are now starting at the sides of her head and curving to the front of her head before going up and in between her ears and the curving upwards her ears are now a little smaller and are only 2 times the size of regular human ears but still rest on the top of her head when she turned to see the door and saw her mom she then said "mama please I don't know what to do I just went to that void place again since I feel really comfortable there and when I woke up I was like this"
Mikoto just looked at her daughter's facepalmed and said "really one surprise after another with you well we will need to get a tailor again so we can get some clothes made I'll tell your brothers and father to not enter your room while I get a tailor.
Kushina then sat on her bed and waited for her mom to get the tailor while thinking about how long she had slept and thought that it really was not very normal for her to sleep so long that she looked like a fifth teen-year-old
Kushina didn't have to wait long as Mikoto ran with her full speed to get the best tailor she knew of and returned very soon and told Fugaku that they would have to make their breakfast today which confused him greatly and when he saw the tailor he got even more confused as the tailor was also carrying a whole bunch of fabric.
as soon as Mikoto opened the door she saw her daughter cover her private areas while blushing and then when she saw her mom and the tailor she blushed even harder which confused Mikoto but she told the tailor they needed underwear a bra, panties and some clothes for her daughter before noon the tailor looked confusingly at Kushina before shrugging and decided it wasn't worth asking questions and risking a pay cut for the job.
Mikoto then went downstairs and told her husband and sons plus Naruto that Kushina wouldn't be joining them until lunch
Naruto and Sasuke still had school so they headed off after breakfast while Itachi and Fugaku sat down on some tatami mats and played chess till lunch came
when lunch came the Tailor had finished a simple jacket shirt bra panties and pants for Kushina and Kushina was coming down the hall barefoot and she was leaving dent Mark's on the ground as she walked towards the table
when Fugaku and Itachi saw Kushina they stopped breathing for a second Fugaku because He felt an absolute presence of dominance and Itachi because he was a sis/bro con and was currently trying to stop a nose bleed.
Kushina was the first to speak "Otosan for some reason my body grew while I was asleep and mama had to get a tailor to make me new clothes and I'm sorry for missing breakfast to both you and Oniisan." Itachi couldn't take it anymore and blood started to run out of his nose, he then grabbed a napkin to hide his nosebleed
Fugaku finally stopped sweating as Kushina had stopped emitting the aura she was unconsciously admitting and he could finally talk.
'well, this is going way better than I thought it would already' everyone then sat in silence as they ate for a bit when everyone finished eating Fugaku was the first to speak "Kushina I need you to know that both I and your mama love you but we can't let Naruto live here." Kushina then spoke with a trembling voice as she said "Papa which bastard/and or bitch said so."
Fugaku then said, "it was lord third after you left he said so." "Papa don't blame me for what's about to happen I told you what would happen if he tried to take my family from me," Kushina said in a voice filled with rage that scared all three of the other people at the table.
Fugaku then said "Kushina just please don't involve any incent lives" as he realized he couldn't stop her Kushina then looked at everyone at the table her Sharingan spinning rapidly as she said "fine I'll go take out my anger purely on the village elders then" with that Kushina then disappeared from her place with both Mikoto and Fugaku Sighing while Itachi was extremely confused then after around 10 minutes Kushina returned with 5 pinky fingers with one in her mouth while she was humming a happy tune.
Kushina then said "alright the village elders and Hokage realized their mistake and said Naruto can live with us" Both of Kushina's parents sigh while Itachi just sits there with a nose bleed.

It has been about 1 and a half years since Kushina made it so Naruto could live with them and it took a while for everyone to get used to Kushina's grown-up body especially Sasuke and Naruto since Kushina was almost always constantly flexing on them that she was both taller and stronger than them
Kushina has also made a diary containing all the plots of different stories she could remember even the adult ones.
it is now almost the time for the Uchiha massacre and everyone has been on edge lately except Naruto and Sasuke who are very oblivious
Kushina has been preparing every day for the massacre to start and she had been training every day with pushups pullups etc. whenever she was not in the academy when she had graduated a week earlier much to Naruto and Sasuke's displeasure as they both failed the exam for early graduation
Kushina decided that she should put priority on protecting Itachi's girlfriend cause she knows that her sis/bro con would never get another girl.
After a few days at the start of the month, Itachi started the clan massacre and Kushina was confused on why he wasn't coming to kill his girlfriend
'shit since he knows I'm here and not with mama and Otosan he's going for them first' Kushina then said to Izumi" Izumi-chan I need you to run to my house and hide in my room in my closet since that is literally the safest place in my house since I had been infusing it with energy for about a year to stop perverts from peaking" Izumi then started to run but Kushina was way faster but when Kushina saw the bodies, Kushina arrived at the same time as Sasuke and they both looked at Itachi and then Sasuke said "why" Itachi replied saying "I did it to test my skills" and then Kushina Said "that's bullshit and you know" tears started to fall onto the floor as she said "Itachi your going to stab me and then drink the blood that flows out of my body and your going to do this or your going to die." Itachi then looked at Kushina's eyes that where overflowing with tears and almost gasped in surprise when he saw she awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan and said "no I'm just going to leave" Itachi then realized that Kushina was right in front of him and she grabbed his hand that was holding his sword and impaled herself on it without even blinking.
Sasuke has already awakened the Sharingan at this point and saw his sister impale herself on Itachi's sword and was about to rush in when he then heard "Sasuke stay out of this and I can't tell you why but Itachi must leave here alive"
Kushina then thought 'well that should be enough blood' "Oniisan I hope you survive this" Kushina said and then forced all the blood she collected in her hands and made Itachi swallow it all by forcing his mouth open with one hand and allowing the blood in her other hand to fall into Itachi's mouth.
Itachi then started to grow a set of horns wings and a tail while he was spasming in pain.
Kushina then turned around after watching Itachi spasm in pain for a while and turned to look at Sasuke who was still crying like her. Kushina then wrapped Sasuke in her tails and wings while hugging him and walking around the entire Uchiha compound burning body after body until finally after burning all the other bodies in the compound she arrived at her house where she saw Naruto crying on the doorstep and as she walked onto the doorstep she said: "Sometimes someone has to pick between 2 bad decision's and in this case, Oniisan chose the one that caused his family the most pain but was the more statically correct choice since the rest of the Uchiha's were planning a coup and Oniisan chose the choice that will lead to way fewer deaths then choose a choice that will lead to the deaths of the entire village since the coup would have lead to the weakening of the entire village Naruto you already made your dream to become Hokage sometimes a Hokage must make a choice like this but it is very rare and this is also a very sad day but you already pledged your dream to become the Hokage you can't back out of it now."
Kushina then paused to catch her breath and continued "now Sasuke I'm speaking to you since I'm going to be going on a journey away from the village that one of my little brothers wants to become the Hokage of so I don't burn it to the ground and don't try to follow me you wont be able to not even if you became so strong you can destroy mountains and change the landscape" Kushina then put Sasuke down next to Naruto while they where crying and walked inside while wiping the tears from her face and as she made her way inside she went in and directly saw her parents corpse and started crying all over again then she went and sat down next to her mom and said "mama you I didn't really get the chance to tell you everything about me and I don't think I ever will since you have entered the reincarnation cycle and I don't think I will ever be able to tell you but I'll tell you now so when I was born the first thing I saw was a bright light but now I'm going to be telling you about before that before I was even your daughter I had a past life where I was male and the world was full of technology you could only dream of seeing there wasn't any chakra or anything like that in humans in general but those humans did have one thing science and they made bombs that where the equivalent of the tailed beasts I think that's why in this life I didn't want to be very human and asked the R.O.B. who reincarnated me to make me only have a tiny bit of human blood inside me I even asked to be a freaking race of aliens that blew up and conquered planets I mean it really shows how much I thought about it and realized that humanity really sucks I mean humans can have such great imaginations but at the same time be such scum bags that you want to eradicate them all but at the same gosh darn time love some so much that you would blow up planets for them mama thank you for being my mother" Kushina then burned her mother's body and made sure nothing remained that could ever be experimented with.
Kushina then walked towards her Otosan and sat down next to him and start talking "Otosan we never really had the best relationship and I think that why I want to tell you what kind of person I was in my past life and I need to thank you as well Otosan since today your daughter will be getting an eternal Mangekyou Sharingan yeah aren't you excited" Kushina then started cry a flood of tears and after finishing she continued "I was the sort of guy you would look at passing the street and think hey that kid looks like a good kid but I wasn't I did drugs and I joined a gang and I died in a gun fight over just a couple of bags of you guessed it drugs I'm so ashamed of what I did as ash that I'm glad to keep the name you and Mama gave me cause after I died I had a lot of time to think about my life sense I couldn't feel the passing of time anymore and then I met a freaking Rob except I was to Expressionless to be able to feel excited then he gave me some wishes and one of them was to become your daughter and I'm so damn happy to have been your daughter" Kushina then started crying as she put her hand over her Otosan's eyes and took them out and put them onto her eyes as her Otosan's eyes started to fragment and run into her eyes as she cried and breathed fire onto her father's corpse as he disintegrated into ashes and the last of the fragments of her fathers eyes ran into hers and the pain of gaining an eternal Mangekyou Sharingan faded away Kushina stood up and activated her E.M.S. and looked into a mirror and just laughed at the irony as her E.M.S. looked like a bunch of rotating claws and as she looked down and saw a letter she opened it and it read
"Dear Uchiha, Kushina I am sorry to hear of your parents' unfortunate death but you'll be glad to know you have successfully healed Itachi of his lung cancer with your blood and completed a hidden quest and for that, you get one wish but there are restriction's that you don't get to know.

Kushina fell to her knees as she already knew what restrictions rob had set so since she was already gaining the ability to devour all forms of energy she might as well complete the set Kushina then said in a very quiet voice and started speaking in a language even she didn't know she knew. the language of the dragons, "ROB I wish for the ability to devour things and take their abilities without changing my biological structure, and if the change is something I deem bad in either my subconscious or my conscious It will not affect me and Also I will be able to devour everything perfectly filtering out any curses or any other thing that may negatively harm me" all of a sudden after she made her wish she started to feel extremely powerful and started devouring all the Senjustu chakra that was in the air just by breathing.
Kushina then went to her room and started to pack all of her clothes but then thought 'what if I just put my closet in my void space' so she did just that right after throwing Izumi into her room and then she went and looked for Danzo and she soon found him, then she walked directly in front of him looked him in the eyes and activated her E.M.S. and looked him straight in the eyes Danzo was staring right back at her as she said "I'll be take the things you took from my clan" Kushina then grabbed where Shisui's Sharingan was and plucked it out before he could do anything she then ate the eyeball in front of him then she grabbed his right shoulder and before he could react Kushina ripped his arm off she then immediately burned his arm with her fire breath and it disintegrated into ashes.
Kushina then looked Danzo strait in the eye and said "the only reason that god damn village is still there is that Aniki killed our entire clan to stop the coup and because one of my little brothers want to became the f**cking Hokage of it and if you or any of your root members go anywhere near them I will burn the village to the last record of its existence everyone who even knew the name Konoha will die so I would think wisely on how you want to die either old age or years of torture goodbye now" Kushina then directly went into her void area and said aloud.
"Now then which world will allow me to relieve my stress the most."
