Chapter 31 – New Skills

After half an hour of pain, a black liquid was expelled from my body. As soon as the process was over, I fell into a deep sleep.

All my clothes were torn to shreds during this process. So, I was completely naked.

My status was equivalent to that of a human with level 30 basic training and it was barely level 6. What got better were the new skills.

I understood super strength as it is a passive for many monsters where the strength receives a permanent boost that is not registered in the state and that increase depends on the amount of mana within the monster. I'll have to test its limits the traditional way.

As for heightened senses, I could only compare it to the spell of the same name. It amplifies the body's five senses. Sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste receive a boost in their capacity.

What really caught my attention was blood control. The details of the ability show that it allows me to control blood within a short radius of 5 meters. A living person can resist, but dead targets cannot. This would come in handy now that you go hunting. I will no longer have to sink my fangs into the necks of creatures.

Seductive Scent was a passive that allowed the opposite sex to be attracted. However, I wanted to see its effective so I kept it on. This skill didn't use my elemental energy, so it's okay even if I kept it active all day.

The door opened suddenly. I immediately turned around and saw Olivia petrified in place while holding a sink of water. As the sun was rising, I must have come to bathe.
