Chap 23

THEY decided to go at the eco-park first and spend their morning there. Then they went to his house to check if everything's okay. The boys were happy to see her back and they've been eye teasing her about Oscar. Eye teasing because they can't tease her with Oscar in the house. After that day, he told everyone to go back to their original work. They can continue the work from there.

They started fixing the other rooms first and they always have an argument because he won't let her do the work. He wanted her to just sit and dictate what to do or where to put the things. But before they day would end, he will be sweet to her to ease her irritation. She really doesn't know what to do with the guy. She easily gave up whenever he started being sweet to him. She also helped him get his clothes and things at Dustin's house to transfer it to his new house. He said he might have a housewarming party when his brothers, Dustin and Javier, came back.

Now that his house was done, Oscar wanted them to continue having a 'date', his words. So today, they went to the lagoon, which was at the center of the island. Ysa was in awe by the beauty of the lagoon. The water is blue and some parts are deep, some are shallow. People can swim in there, but because it was not yet known to the public, they are the only people there. No wonder Oscar told her to wear something comfy that she can use to swim. She's just wearing a shirt and a summer shorts.

"Do you want to take some pictures?" Oscar asked and raised his Polaroid camera. Without hearing her answer he took her picture even when she's not ready but later on, they were both taking pictures together, like talking the moments too.

They didn't talk about what they have or what they felt again but Ysa knew that Oscar also felt that she likes him too. Maybe that's okay for now. They will just clear everything later. They are just enjoying each other's company because when everything went back to normal, she's sure that they might not have time to spend with each other.

"Come on, it's not that deep. Plus, trust me, I'm here." Oscar was inviting him to go with him in the water but she's scared because she doesn't know how to swim and she told him about it.

"I'll drown."

"Do you think I will let that happened. I'm here, don't I? Don't you trust me?"

She bit her lips and stares at the water. But then took a deep breath and jump to where he was. Her feet didn't reach the bottom yet but she's already inside the water. She panicked and thought she's drowning when an arm pulled her up. He grip him immediately.

She coughs when he finally breathes some fresh air. She knew she drank some water a while ago. She was hugging him so much that she also locked her legs on his torso. How could she forget that the guy is tall and the water level was on its shoulder? Of course she will drown.

"I'm sorry, are you okay?" Oscar asked concern. She knew he was also holding him so tight, that she might be strangling him but he didn't care about it and asked if he's okay. She loosens her grip and look at him and just as she predicted, he's worried about her. "You jump into the deeper part. I'm sorry I didn't catch you. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, you can put me back there. I told you I don't know how to swim."

"No quierro. I don't want to. I want you being this close to me and how you hug me so tight." He suddenly replied and even smile.

She just slapped his shoulder that was only visible out in the water, and he chuckled. Then suddenly their eyes met. She felt his hand on his waist held it tighter. They were just staring at each other while they were at the center of that body of water. Then he saw his face getting closer to hers and she instantly closed her eyes. Then in a second she felt his lips on hers. It was a peck at first but he suddenly moved. After a while, she tried to answer him. She followed his every move. Even when he let his tongue inside her mouth, she still follows. Their tongues were like swords fighting inside their mouths. When she felt him move and walk, but only to put her into the stone at the center of the lagoon.

It was her first time feeling those kinds of emotions. It was not her first kiss because she had an ex before, but it was her first deep real kiss and she likes it. It's awakening some part of her body that she never knew she could feel. His kisses for her made her feel hot. Like she wanted more?
