A long line extended out into the mess hall. The soldiers who were at their best signed the contract quickly and almost immediately got to work.
Thor set up a chain of command. Daryl, Gunther, and the man Geth had met earlier, Enther, were directly under him. Each of those men would be in charge of 2500 men.
The leftovers were a small group of special forces soldiers that offered to act under the direct command of Geth. This gave him control of 350 soldiers who were used to combat and dealing with dangerous situations.
He could tell that the former slave lord had no idea what he was doing. Why the hell wouldn't these soldiers be among the highest levels?
Of the 350, there were less than ten over Level 40. The others ranged between Levels 28 and 39.
He asked them to split into groups of 10, ensuring that each group contained two tanks, two supports, five damage dealers, and the last, he allowed the groups to decide amongst themselves.
