Geth looked at the spectre with a hint of amusement. This once influential figure was now nothing but a subservient toy for him to use as he saw fit.
"You surviving is a pleasant surprise," Geth told Colonel. "Though it wasn't the outcome I was expecting, I have to admit that I was hopeful."
The ghost bowed its head once more, "I am glad that my survival has pleased you. What are my orders?"
"We'll get to that. First, you need to become familiar with your current form," Geth said. "Once you've done that, we can discuss things further."
"Yes, my lord."
The ghost faded into nothingness, its voice carrying for a moment before the area fell silent. Apate looked at Geth curiously.
"What are you planning to do with him?" She asked. "I don't see how he can do much. His soul is constantly going through that pain, albeit not to the extent it was when the chain shattered. How the hell did you know that spell anyway?"
