Kannon thought as she glanced at Dakota.

Earlier she couldn't pick a phone brand since all of their latest released phones all have unique and amazing features which makes it so hard for Kannon to choose and Dakota ended up buying it all for her.

Dakota did also ended up buying hundred pairs of shoes just because she thought that all of them look good at Kannon.

[She even took me to a jewelry store and bought everything my eyes landed on]

If this was a fairytale Kannon would have been living a fantasy life but what she was in is reality and what just happened seems like an illusion that is too impossible to be real.

[Or is she buying all this things to put it on my account? And making sure to tie me to her? But if I were to pay it all with a 50 000 salary every month it would at least took me years to pay it off!!!....very cunning indeed!]

Kannon continued to stare at Dakota unblinking.

"Kannon I am asking you what kind of cake do you want" Dakota softly replied as she noticed Kannon spacing out.

"I'll get whatever you want" Kannon replied hastily looking away.

She was hoping that Dakota did not caught her staring at her, she then only noticed the glaring amount of admiring stares that was shot towards Dakota.

"You don't look so good" Dakota worriedly stared at Kannon as she held her hand.

Just as Kannon was admiring Dakota she remembered her pending debts.

"Are you going to make me pay with my salary with all of these?" Kannon was referring to the paper bags scattered on the ground.

"No it's a gift" Dakota smoothly replied as she took a sip from her coffee.

"I-I don't have any appetite let's go home!!!!" Kannon spoke in a loud tone as she stood up making everyone's eyes fall onto her.

Gathering all the shopping bags in her hands but it was too heavy that she stumbled but luckily Dakota caught her up with just an arm and pulled her up by the waist which made Kannon caught off guard.

"Careful" the tone cool yet lingering with gentleness.

"I'll carry" Dakota added as she took all the shopping bags and walked out with Kannon.

The silent people in shop immediately shrieked at the scene just a minute ago, the topic of the Kaede family's next heir won't just die down. For a long time the no show daughter of the Kaede family was a mystery for many even the people in the high society and suddenly popping out of nowhere and inheriting the family business with a cool and cold demeanour yet surprisingly attractive that makes one find it hard to advert their eyes on her.

The ruckus of buying the shares worth several hundred billions overnight made her the hot topic for over a week and media can't just stop following her.

Kannon's face intensely blushed and stomped her foot.

Dakota opened her car door and was already waiting for Kannon to get in.

"You expect more?" Dakota's smile widened, her eyes were filled with amusement as she continued to stare at Kannon's red face getting redder.
