CHAPTER 3: Meeting the Wayne's 02

A scream could be a mile away as David dashed into his mother's Bossom not letting go as he clamps down on her.

Everyone laughed out seeing his action towards his great grand pa "hey come on I'm not that scary I just wanted to give you this" he brings out a bag full of clothes and biscuits handing one over to him.

David hesitates to take it as he stares at the man waringly, finally taking it as he sniffs it before before eating it as his eyes widen to the sudden taste and texture.

pleading for more as he goes back to his great grand pa taking the whole thing as he ravishing it all 'i guess he ain't bad' looking up at his great grand pa in admiration as he calls "gweat gwand pwa".

the old man laughed as he pat's his head giving a nodding approval "call me great grand pa phoenix" he brushes his hand across the little ones hair feeling the soft silky strands.

"jack you made it" Jacob goes to meet his brother as both gave each other a big hug

"yh I couldn't miss seeing my handsome nephew he really is a Wayne" staring at David as he nods

"papa papa papa" the twins ran out hugging jack as he carries the two kissing both their cheeks as he walks to Martha kissing her

Jacobs nods as he goes near the lady giving her a hug "lin Im glad you came"

"what do you take me for of course I will come see my new student" she smirks as she stares at David who was busy chatting with his great grand pa.

as if feeling someone staring at him he looks back seeing the smirk on his aunt's face which sent shivers down his back, if he heard her say he was gonna be her student he might just faint.

"alright let's all go inside I have somethings to announce" he walks to the hall he carries David who was feeling comfortable as he falls asleep

"but what about the remaining family and the elders I thought...." phoenix turned back with a serious rather calm expression "they won't be coming but let's go inside I'll explain everything later" he walks into the hall followed by Christopher.

everyone took their sits as phoenix sat on the heads chair which signified leadership, sending away the maids and closing the huge doors and windows as both the chandeliers lit up providing a pure serene filling.

the surroundings became quiet as only the sound of eating which was made by the twins was heard, it was seriously serious.

"we are all to move to the Wayne's domain at legantia continent, as some of you may have guessed the Wayne's have been divided into each six continents not only the Wayne's but also the rest of the other great families".

he looks at each of their faces as he continues"the dark creatures are awake and it is, and will be our duty to turn them to dust, do you all understand" he said as he looks at David with a warm smile.

"we understand elder phoenix" they all said in unison.

"good" phoenix nodded

"when should we make arrival" Jacob asked as he looked at his son in phoenix hands who was peacefully asleep.

"in a month make sure you make preparations before then" phoenix replied without hesitation "let's all eat" he takes a spoonful of rice

"yeah I'm starving" jack rips a chicken lap tearing the meat off while lin takes a bottle of wine chugging it empty

"yeah let's eat" Jacob takes a steak as he pours himself a red wine

"oh yeah I forgot to say this" lin swallows her food washing it down with a wine "I'll be David's instructor"

David body shivered as he clung to phoenix in his sleep

"make sure you go easy on him okay" Jacob said with a calm expression

"I bet 1000 silver coins David gets a broken leg on his first day" jack tears another chicken meat as he speaks mouthful

"don't bet on my baby like that he isn't a plaything" Carla chuckles as she takes a cup of water

David body shuddered as he pulled phoenix clothes almost choking

"hey don't bully him" phoenix gives a slight smile as he pats his head "don't worry no one is gonna break your legs or anything"

David body calmed down as he felt that serene feeling again

time passed by quickly as the sound of cups clinking, plate chattering, meat been chewed and argument been heard.

"it's time to go" phoenix stands up as he walks towards carla putting the sleeping child in her arms as he gave a warm smile before walking out of the hall.

"yep we are gonna go too" jack washes his hands in a bowl before cleaning it a towel as he picks his two kids up walking out of the hall followed by Martha his wife.

"mhm I'm gonna go too I still need to clear up work" Lin also washed her hands and cleaned it with a towel as she hugs Jacob before waving at Carla as she goes out of the hall.

seeing them at the field as they turned into blue particles until nothing could be seen.

"let's go we need to rest for today and start preparing for our departure to legantia"

Jacob faces his beautiful yet stunning wife as he gives her a warm kiss "I'm sure you must be quite exhausted".

Carla returns the kiss as she looks down on David who was still asleep in her arms "today was quite alright" she caresses his curly hair.

"I agree" Jacob nods as both he and Carla carrying David walked towards their room while the maids appeared to have started cleaning the hall.

Carla puts David on his bed adjusting his blanket as he drags the blanket throwing it aside as he seemed to be murmuring words.

"I wonder what he's dreaming about" she'd chuckle "I hope it's gonna be peaceful over there " she suddenly seemed worried.

"don't worry about anything, you have me by your side" Jacob kisses Carl's head as they both sit on a soft cushion staring at their little angel in a crib, if only they knew he was conquering a world and laughing maniacally in his dream
