The Restaurant
As they drove to wherever Stephanie was taking them, the atmosphere in the room was less than when they arrived at the boutique.
The tension that existed earlier was reduced to nothing.
Fifteen minutes later Stephanie's car pulled over in front of a five-star restaurant.
"Are you meeting someone here?" Jennifer asked as she lifted her gaze and peered at the tall building in front of them.
"Hmm... you will know when we get inside," Stephanie chose to be mysterious with her reply.
She strolled towards the restaurant exit before Jennifer had the chance to ask her more questions.
"Welcome Miss, Ma," The two ladies at the counter welcomed them the instant they stepped foot into the building.
"I booked a table under the name Stephanie Woods. Can you tell me where it is located?" Stephanie asked the two ladies who were nothing but polite to the two of them.
