Yusheng was currently inside her study with all the important people. With the absence of Pei Jin Yusheng was the one shouldering his work. Today they were here to report and also to seek advise on their next step.

Minister of trade was the first to start "lordship.. like instructed by his highness we managed to gather sufficient materials with the subtle increasement.. starting now we can distribute the materials to other garrisons...also this one has gathered enough eggs and horses to start with our project..just we are unable to think where to move all the old horses to make more space for the new ones"

Yusheng nods "hmm..good.. check how old are the horses..if very old have them prepared as food source by preserving their meat.. if in between then make use of them as transporting the materials.. increasing few transport carriages will also lighten your burden.. if still left then tell the public to use it for free..moving around in snow will be easier for them...for those that are sick give them quick death and cremate them far from civilization..."

Minister of work also gives his report "lordship..the barracks of three cities are fully prepared and soldiers have started to live in.. the workin of irrigation is going smooth.. as instructed by his highness the farmers and laborers of the cities had joined us to work.. resulting in our efficiency speeding..we have managed to finish the green houses for silkworm cultivation...we also have supplies to work on other garrisons and just waiting for your permission.."

Yusheng couldn't help but awe at Pei Jins intellect "umm..good...have the main party stay there to overlook the situation...select men and have them started on other areas.. make sure the main party working for irrigation updates regularly..also send few to impart the knowledge of silkworm farming.. the main supervisor will be general Hong and the Mayer shall be assisting him.."

Following him minister of fincance step up "lordship..these are the number that we need to fill in treasury.. as instructed by his highness.. with all the calculations the number to fill is hefty.."

Yusheng looks at the account and indeed the number was quite large but unfazed she replies "hmm.. do not worry the number will be provided by the end of coming month...make sure the matter doesn't leak.."

Finally minister of war gives his report "lordship.. we have found total of 10 spies in our land from huajin.. they are divided and working in pair... but we have informed all the personals about them and also have a person tailing them...from the reports they are just scouting for information and haven't shown any intention of involving.. as per instruction our security has been tightened...each garrison and generals have also stepped up in their training.. general Hong and vice generals have informed that their arrangement and training are going smoothly.."

After listening to the report with smirk on her face she replies "good..make sure to have the clowns run around in same circle...inform general qingfeng and Marshall Chen Yi that they will be going with us to the upcoming countries meet..we will be traveling the next day of double ninth festival from medicine valley...they can either reach by the festival day on medicine valley or the next day before cracking of dawn.. if nothing else to report be on your way.."

Yusheng then heads towards the palace to discuss with the emperor and prime minister. She was welcomed grandly like usual and served warm tea and snacks inside the study. With just family left inside all the formalities are left aside.

"Sheng'er is something the matter...coming so suddenly" asks emperor. Smiling brightly she answers "nothing urgent.. just came to inform you about some matters..the reports and results are all good related to fortification and constructions.. me and Jin have decided that we will be going to medicine valley to visit the elders and spend some time in the coming double ninth..

the next day we will be heading to huajin to reach on time for the upcoming countries meet.. We have decided on Marshall Chen Yi, general Lin and Pei zhang with some subordinates and servants to join us. Do not worry as we have prepared well and will be back by the second or third week of the last month."

Emperor and prime minister both seem to agree with the person they have chosen for the journey. Thus after some light advises and chats Yusheng bid farewell.
