After taking the photos, Dan Yi didn't leave immediately. Instead, she said a few unwilling words to the men who had dragged Ye Jian and the other two out. As she spoke, she glanced at the three Chinese female soldiers. The words she said seemed to be squeezed out of her teeth. They were sinister and distorted.
The men nodded to show that they understood.
When she left, Dan Yi glared at the three Chinese female soldiers with deep hatred in her eyes. Then, she held her camera tightly and left.
Her departure caused Liu Le's tense body to collapse instantly. She felt that she had escaped another calamity.
No one cared about the female soldier's tears. Since the photos had been taken, the men quickly covered their heads once more and dragged them back to the dungeon.
As the iron door closed, Liu Le collapsed weakly on the ground as if all her energy had been sucked out. Her heavy breathing could be heard from inside the dungeon.
