Serena struggled to keep her senses. His scent filled her nostrils, and her core shivered with anticipation. They were so close to each other, their lips almost touching.
Damian's broad shoulder rose and fell with slow controlled breaths. Her words shook him. He has a penetrating gaze, he gazed at her with a serious face. But Serena could swear that she saw him almost smiling.
