After reaching the Emperor Realm, Jiang Hui's horizons had broadened greatly, and combined with the Surveillance Technique, he was able to see many details that had previously gone unnoticed.
It's not to say that his mind suddenly flooded with lots of new knowledge that hadn't been there before.
This expansion was mainly reflected in his perspective on things.
Previously, when Jiang Hui looked at a mountain, he gazed upwards from the foot of the mountain, seeing only the protruding strange rocks and the overgrowth of weeds, and nothing more; the rest was obscured by the towering, cloud-piercing mass of the mountain. Not to mention the view beyond the mountain, he wouldn't even be able to glimpse the whole of it.
But now, when looking at a mountain, he did so from another peak, one that was more majestic and vast, and he could not only see this one mountain but countless others as well.
The landscapes within them naturally couldn't all be painted with the same brush.
