The World Security Council

Several days later there was a news report conveyed to me by Kali talking about the upcoming Security council and the attendance of Atlantis's president. The news devolved into talk about how i was a female president and how this was empowering to all the women of the world... The usual TV garbage that got shoved down people's throats. I'm a woman and even I find that stuff repulsive, who would believe it? Probably the NPCs of humanity.

They then went and asked some presidents and leaders about this and were skipping over the corruption and problems that previous leaders had committed, seems like i need to spread the observation to the media... It will be interesting. May i can even create a news channel within Atlantis to combat the propaganda, especially If i force the broadcasts into every channel.

I started to formulate ideas until a certain man appeared on TV, a man who was the supreme leader of Latvia. 

"Do you have any concerns regarding Atlantis's participation within the World Security Council?"

"I do not... We are both small nations and if Latvia has a right so does Atlantis."

"Interesting! Could you please expand upon the idea of small countries banding together?"

"If you were paying attention you useless reporter I said that they have an equal right to us, not that i united with them. Now if you would please excuse me, i have something much more important to be doing."

With that he walked away, the camera following behind him. I didn't pay attention past that point as i was laughing too hard. 'She fucking got what she deserved! HAH!' My maniacal laughter must have summoned Kali as she watched me laughing my ass off as i replayed the moment several times. 

"Honey the World Security event is today, in two hours, are you appearing?"

"Of course! And, since you are here before my other women you'll come with me!"

She blushed a little as a wicked grin covered her face. I loved her face and her smiles, all of them, they reminded me of the funny memes i would see sometimes on people's phones in the hospital. I teleported next her, scooping her chin up with my right hand and pulling her in for a kiss. We stayed like that for a minute as she stayed on her tippy toes to continue the kiss. I finished the kiss off with a playful slap to the ass.

"Go get dressed in whatever you want, i'll be wearing my military uniform."

"Yes... Sweetheart..." 

She ran off in ecstasy a slight trail being left behind her, you can imagine where from. I shook my head a little at the antics of my military obsessed wife. I quickly slipped my uniform on and used magic to steam it, clean it, iron it and then press it properly. Then i used some more magic to make my boots shine like a mirror and did the same for all of the metal on my uniform. Instead of a trench coat i decided to bring a corded military cape with a silver chain connecting the two halves at the front. The colour scheme was of course black.

Knowing that Kali would take some time as she probably wanted to get into her armour and use her magic and speed to make it shine brightly, I teleported over to an Asgardian ship that I would use as my ride to the event and quickly used rune magic to project the flag of Atlantis on the side of it. What better ride is there other than a fucking SPACESHIP? I didn't know therefor I used it...

I went back to the apartment and continued to watch the video.

Half an hour later Kali appeared in the new armour I had given her. The armour glowed and shined in every area and she looked like a goddess. Seeing that she was technically my head of the military, even if she didn't know it yet, I found her appearance very suitable.

I walked over to her and grabbed her hand, kissing it lightly before swooping in beside her and locking my arm with hers.

"You look ravishing love... If you were not in that armour I'd take you here, but i am afraid that will have to wait. We have a party to attend."

She was fully red and seemed to be on the verge of taking her armour off but my arm linking with hers calmed her down somewhat. She squeezed my hand with her own as I walked forwards whilst teleporting with her to the bridge of the Asgardian ship, the crew all standing up and saluting with their hands to their chests, just above the heart.

"Battle Mistress! We are ready to take you to the World Security Meeting. Awaiting your Orders!"

"Very well sub-commander, Engage." I moved my hand forwards in a downwards motion as the navigation crew easily touched multiple consoles and initiated the ion-propulsion systems.

The city beneath us very quickly vanished as we zoomed into the atmosphere and flew much faster than even the fastest plane. Landmasses passed us by very quickly as eventually we appeared above Europe and slowly descended. We began to broadcast a message that this is the envoy from Atlantis and that we mean no harm. I knew this because my Magitechna domain couldn't help itself but to pick up distinct communications. 

I noticed that a lot of the crew were stressed and sweating as i watched from the raised platform of the commander's section. We descended until we were just above Munich where this meeting would be held. Instead of ordering a teleportation I walked down to the crew and began to give them handshakes and compliments. There was no reason to be snobby and unlikeable just because you have a higher position, not to mention that a lot of the things i wanted to achieve were only capable of being done so fast because of the people of Atlantis.

"You have all done a good job, I can't wait to see what the future holds for the Space-Force if they have fine men and women like you all."

They all cheered and clapped as some were brought to tears as they had worked hard to get this position, fighting thousands of candidates to get to this position.

"Thank you, now, unfortunately i have to go meet the politicians. Please commence teleportation." I broke the handshake with a woman and stepped back to stand beside Kali, weaving my arm with hers again as the beaming technology of the ship kicked into gear and placed us on the surface.

Instantly things went from calm to chaotic as me and my wife appeared on the red carpet, countless reporters and people crowding around. Screams of my name were common and the reporters were constantly annoying me. Kali was a bit reserved in her stature at the whole thing but was comforted by the fact that I was there.

Slowly we moved forwards, me shaking a few hands of true fans whilst smiling a little. The smile was mostly fake but served the purpose of making me seem cordial to the media and majority of people in the world. Some would say this made me like those other politicians but to them i would say, why do you laugh when something isn't funny? Is it because you found it funny? No, it's because you don't want things to become awkward or you're scared to be ridiculed, beta... Anyway, same thing applied here.

We stepped into the massive entrance to the inside the metal detectors going off but the security to scared of us to actually pull us up. It was not like we had anything visibly dangerous anyway, and if we wanted to cause damage we could have just bombed the entire venue from our ship.

Entering into the foyer we were guided to the central meeting hall where along the side of the circular room were all forms of camera and recording device, including a rather obvious detachment of SAS and Delta Force. Laughing at the pitiful defence at the event I simply sat down at Atlantis's new area, a section next to the USA and Russia. I found this an adequate response to my earlier question as I already felt that they would accept and that they were taking me seriously. It could have been me revealing all the dirty laundry of the higher ups or it could be the fact that I destroyed multiple military bases with human experimentation going on, nuclear experimentation labs and viral-disease weaponization facilities... Possibly, could have been.

The meeting started as Kali sat behind me a little, her armour making a low whirring noise as the inside parts switched into power conserving mode. The first speaker was the new chairman of the EU and he spoke about stability, security and development of cyber security in the face of recent hacking incidents. I rolled my eyes at his stupidity as he was practically mentioning my escapades in revealing whole entire pedo rings within the government, secret services and other high profile people.

He blathered on for a while until someone came up and took over speaking on their country's concerns. This continued for several minutes until eventually it was my turn to come forwards and speak. The cameras at the side of the room all zoomed in on me as I stood up, my cape lightly sweeping out behind me as my black and white uniform left a rather stark contrast with the sleazy businessman presentation of other politicians. Kali didn't follow me and stayed in place as she watched the surroundings with a lot of focus.

I stepped up the steps to the podium and moved behind it with a high amount of energy as I quickly stepped up, not like these old men who were so slow to get to the podium.

"Greetings to all other nations on behalf of Atlantis. I am sure you have seen me before when I have done live streams and other such things. I come here today to ask you all, the countries of the world and the representatives of the people in your countries, will you accept Atlantis's admission into the World Security Council?"

There was a silence that wafted over the room until several smaller countries held a thumb up in agreement. After that display almost everyone in the room lifted their thumbs in agreement. Much like a roman senate, it was now official, we were part of the council. I smiled lightly and looked out at all of the fat ponces that call themselves leaders.

"I thank you all for your acceptance and would like to make my first announcement to every person in the world and government as well..."

The room went silent again as all that could be heard was the press' cameras and the shuffling of clothing along chairs.

"Times have changed, the world and its people are not advanced enough for the situation we find ourselves in. You all do not seem to understand the complexities and problems with the situation we face, so i shall enlighten you."

I summoned my illusion magic and created a map of the Galaxy we found ourselves in. On the map were two different coloured segments and several white parts, with the uncoloured being non-associated parts of what the map was representing.

"This here-" I pointed at one of the most southern parts of the map, "Is where we are, we are in a sector called the Svivreni sector of this Galaxy. These two coloured areas-" I referred to the middle of the galaxy and the eastern regions of the galaxy, "represent the two largest forces in the Galaxy."

There were some collective gasps as some people recognised the map from fiction and some were just blown away by how massive these two nations, star empires, whatever you wanted to call them, were. I showed some of the more recent activity of the battlefield, showing all sorts of battle between Jedi and Sith that had raged not but three days ago before the peace accords.

"This is the people we will be competing with. One, the red one, being a massive empire of Sith, evil totalitarians who believe in pain, anger, torture, human experimentation and basically anything that is evil. This blue one is a republic, they are mostly democratic but have significant corruption and ties to big industries and cartels." 

"They are superior technologically to all of humanity, other than Atlantis and Possibly Wakanda." Everyone turned to look at Wakanda whilst i smiled as i noticed the king panicking somewhat.

"Either way, Earth is in great danger. We need to increase the technological standards of Earth. But not only that, we need to make our people better off. There can be no more exploitation of our populations by greedy companies, or corrupt officials. We must unite, we must evolve, if we do not, you will die, as I will not put those i love and cherish and the people i have taken under my country on the front lines to protect people who cannot get past their petty differences." 

With that i mic dropped and walked off stage, the beaming technology of the ship taking me and Kali away as It soon took off towards Atlantis.
