Re: Write The Villain

[Currently under heavy editing] Death. What is death actually? Athan, a twenty-one year old genius, died in an accident. He got hit by a truck and was thrown few meters on the ground. "I couldn't even finish reading the novel..." He regrettably thought, holding onto his phone tightly not wanting to let go. In the screen, there were letters written in a sentence waiting to be read. However, he couldn't. In his last moment, he could only think of one thing. It was his wish to finish the remaining three chapters of the novel. "I guess I'll never find out the ending..." He closed his eyes and let his mind get drowned in darkness. [ Timer left : 00Y : 00H : 00M : 03S ] [ Timer left : 00Y : 00H : 00M : 02S ] [ Timer left : 00Y : 00H : 00M : 01S ] [ Timer left : 00Y : 00H : 00M : 00S ] As the loud ticking sound rang in his ear, his mind finally gave out as he fell unconscious. He was dead. He was sure of it, but... "Eh...?" The moment he opened his eyes, he found himself in someone else's body. He stared at his hands in surprise and noticed that he was in a body of a newborn child that came out just a few moments ago. And worse, "So... Am I gonna die again?" He was reincarnated as a villain. ~~~ Hello guys, Author here, I just wanted to say that this is the first novel I've ever write, also my language is not full english. Letter 2

A couple of minutes had passed since after I saw the letter that was placed behind my Adventurer's ID.

Without much thoughts, I continued on with my training silently.

Using my left, I clutched the sword tight. While on my right, I tightened my grip and aimed my sword directly at the middle.

I strengthened my left, then used my right hand to guide the direction of where my slashes will be.

"Haaaa!"

With a fast and swift cut, the dummy in front of me got sliced cleanly in half, as it's upper-part slowly slide towards the corner to the right before falling to the ground.

Letting out a long breath, I once again fixed my stance before aiming my sword to the once-fallen dummy in front of me. It was slowly starting to recover.

I continued this training again for a couple of minutes until Cossette's class was over. Then, sat down to the bench to rest.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸... I thought. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬? 𝘐𝘧 𝘯𝘰𝘵, 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘑𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘳. 𝘛𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘵.

After letting out a long breather, I took out my phone and began dialing on someone. It didn't take long for the person to pick up the call.

"Yes?" Sophia's voice came from the line.

"Uh, hey, Sophia. Do you have enough time for tomorrow?" I asked. "If yes, can you meet up with me at exactly 12P.M.?" I then waited a couple seconds for her to reply.

"... I guess that's fine," She spoke. "I don't have anything to do this saturday anyway... I also have something to talk about to you."

"What is it?" I asked. But, instead of answering, she hang up the call without saying anything else. Although I became speechless, I managed to collect myself.

Slumping my back tiredly in the bench, I lazily placed my phone back to my pocket before closing my eyes to rest.

"This should work out fine... It'll take few months to finish my plan, so I should start after the dungeon exploration." Saying this, I let my consciousness fade as I slowly fell asleep.

***

"Shit, I'm late!"

After waking up, I noticed that it was past 12:30P.M. Seeing this, I immediately ran out from the training arena and went to my next class.

𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭... 𝘐 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘶𝘱. The person I was talking about was Aries.

Anyways, I hurriedly ran without rest and after reaching the door of the classroom, I collected my breaths and fixed my clothes before entering inside.

"Why are you late?" The Professor of Physics asked. "Anyways, what do you think is our topic for today, Mr. Lohengramm? If you can answer that question I'll forgive only this time."

I took a closer look at the blackboard he was pointing out before sighing. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺... I thought.

"Kinetic Energy." I answered before taking my usual sit on the back.

The Professor only smiled at my answer while the other students chuckled, as if they were expecting that my answer was wrong.

"Correct." Said the Professor. Almost all the students became speechless hearing this, as they stared at me with their mouth open.

Though, I ignored them and focused my attention outside the window, enjoying the refreshing breeze blowing through the trees.

The day progressed without any problems after my current professor's class finished.

After all the Friday classes was over, I continued my usual work with Mina in the Academy's Laboratory.

After that's done, I went downtown to meet up with the person who sent me those letters from my Adventurer's ID.

"This should be it." I said, taking the photo from my pocket to visualize the shop if I was at the right place.

I entered the shop after I was done making sure if I wes in the right place. With a long exasperated sigh, I promptly looked around the place.

There she was, a blonde elven woman sitting alone in the corner looking a bit suspicious.

"There she is..." I murmured to myself. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘱 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺? 𝘈𝘭𝘴𝘰, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴?

I then decided to slowly walked up to her in silent.

"What do you want to talk about, Ms. Principal?" I said, crossing my arm in my chest. She didn't have me a reply immediately, but instead pointed to the sit in front of her.

"Take a sit." She spoke in her casual tone.

Hearing this, I nodded, then pulled out the chair across from where Eva sat before taking a sit.

The Professor brushed her hands and at that moment, a seasoned waitress ran through the restaurant toward us. "And what can I get for you?"

I reached out for the menu same as her to take a look.

Then, after I finished deciding what I want, I spoke, "I'll have a zucchini pasta with fresh cream sauce. Please make it al dente, or well done."

After the waitress finished writing down my order, she then asked, "And what can I get for yours, Madam?"

"Hmm... I'll just have the same order as he and a cup of black tea." She spoke, slowly placing the menu to the table.

After that's done, the waitress nodded her head before leaving. It didn't take long before our order came.

Taking a sip from her tea, the Principal's expression suddenly became serious as she spoke to me. "Do you already know what this is?"

𝘈𝘩... 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘦? I thought while taking a quick glance to the Principal, who was taking something out from her [Pocket Ring].

It looks to me as if it was a futuristic cube with blue obstructed patterns that cover something like a keyhole at the middle.

"Have a look at this." She said. I slowly stood up from my sit and reached out to what she was trying to give me.

"This!?" The moment one of my fingers touched the tip of the cube, I suddenly remembered something back from my past life.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦... 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦? 𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯... 𝘕𝘰! 𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 '𝘴𝘩𝘦' 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘰𝘰.

After I took the cube from her hand, I somehow felt that I had an overwhelming smile on my face without knowing.

The Principal silently observed my expression, then shook her head and smiled. "You're not originally from this world, aren't you?"

It took me a few seconds to realize her words and when I do, I stared at her in shock.

"Judging from your expression I'm correct, am I?" She said. "If you're wondering how I knew this, it was because your father told me this." Letting out a long sigh, the Principal stared outside the window.

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna tell your secret to anyone... Not even your mother." Hearing her say this words, I somehow felt relieved. "Your father only told me that I should give this cube to you, and I also don't have any obligation to ruin your life in this world."

Although I'm having a hard time trusting her words, I also don't think that she was lying either way.

"But--" Before I could even start my own sentence, she gestured her hands to stop me, before continuing.

"I don't know who or what happened to you back in your past life, but, your father only left me four words to say to you... 'Save them this time' he said."

Once again, I remained silence. 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 '𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦'? 𝘈𝘯𝘥, 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵? I don't know why but hearing those words felt like my heart was being carved down with a knife... It was painful.

Soon after we finished talking we began to eat. After that, I left and went back to my room to take some rest. It was really a long day.

I lay down to my bed and placed my right arm above my forehead.

Letting out a long and tired sigh, I muttered to myself, "I can finally take a rest." I slowly closed my eyes to let my consciousness fade.

But before I fell asleep, I remembered that I have a meeting with Sophia tomorrow at noon.

"I'm going to ask her a favor." I said to myself before falling unconscious to my bed.
