It’s that time of the month

"What does it say?" Asked Rob

I looked up at him, my face pale.

"The god superius has declared war on me." I said

Rob's eyes widened.

"Well shit."

I nodded in one of the tribesmens direction. He was most likely going to jump ship when he see's the challenge before us. I couldn't allow that. I wasn't going to risk another captain noman.

One betrayal could totally throw my plans into disarray again.

The tribesmen walked towards Rob.

"So what are we going to do?" Asked Rob

The tribesmen paused.

I raised an eyebrow at him

"Isn't this you cue to retreat." I said

He simply smiled.

"There's a lot of benefits to being on the winning side. Anyways you wouldn't be the first person to fight a god and win. There are tales of it being done before" He said

I again looked at him in confusion.

"Please elaborate."

God's are entities that I did not understand and they seemed to be uniquely native to this world. I did not know how to handle them. Using the experience of my past life. So any information I could get my hands on would be essential.

"I'd be glad to. Long long ago there was a paladin named Fred. He served the god of bones. Bone bro. The god of bones had recently gotten in an argument with the god of soil. They argued over who was more essential to life. Bone bro said that he was essential to life because bones are what fertilises the soil. The tensions rose and the gods' rage for each other increased.

"It annoyed Fred beyond belief. So he declared war on the god of soil. He fought the god single handedly and beat him until into a pulp. Then when he was at his weakest Bone bro struck. The god of soil was dead. He was stricken from the record."

"Why didn't Fred just finish off the god of soil?" I asked him

"Because. He couldn't. Only a god can slay a god." Rob smiled and leaned forwards.

"As long as we can get a god on our side. Killing him is possible. It's not in any way easy and it's not something that an ordinary person could do. But it's one hundred percent possible."

I let out a tense breath.

I already had a god on my side. Giga chadus did promise to provide aid didn't he. It might be hard but I should be with my skills and connections it would be doable.

"So what should we do first?" Asked Rob

I smiled

"It's getting to that time of the month. So I think my first reaction to this is to wait until tomorrow."

Rob looked at me in confusion. I nodded to one of the tribesmen and had them wheel me away.

"WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!" Yelled Rob as I left.

I didn't spare even a hint of my brain space for those words.

I slept. And as I slept I dreamed.

I was in a white room with white floors and a white ceiling. This room was illuminated by light with no source.

In front of me in this room was a statue of a woman with supremely large breasts.

From this statue a deep masculine voice echoed.

"Greg. Your next wish is ready.

The light imploded in on itself

And just like that the dream vanished.

I awoke with a grin on my face.

The light of the sun shone on my face. As a beautiful idea shined within my mind.

I now had a wish. What would I use it for? The first assumption on what to use my wish for would be obvious. Summon up a powerful military structure.

With that conquest would be much easier.

But what's the point in ruling the world if some random Joe can kill you with a butter knife? My mind was stronger than ever since coming to this land. But my body was shattered.

I couldn't use my hands, my back was broken and my legs were paralysed.

I was the weakest I'd ever been. And I couldn't accept this weakness.

I was a god! I was greater than any human! I WAS BEYOND HUMANITY!

My body should reflect that. The lack of divinity in my form was a sin I could not abide by.

So a wish came to my lips.

"I wish for a divine body."

Echoing from nothing was a deep masculine voice.

"Granted."

Both light and agony began to engulf my body in tandem.

My broken back screamed the pain was so great that I could barely perceive the world around me.

My broken legs twisted and bent at odd angles cracking sounds echoing from them.

The holes in my hands and feet were replaced by golden skin with dark runes carved on them.

A circle of sigils appeared on my chest they were right where my heart had once been pierced.

Everything was about to change.

._-._-._-._

Reality warped in my gaze and things began to seem senseless and disjointed.

*click*

And then it all came together.

I sat up from my bed. On my back I felt a weight that had never been there before.

I turned and looked at the mirror next to my bed.

On my back were wings. They had soft golden feathers and were twice as wide as my height.

Growing from my head was a golden series of golden spikes that formed some kind of crown and around my neck was that same scar.

I was different but somehow still the same

Or to put it more simply I was reborn.

I grinned.

I stood upon my now functioning feet and opened the door to my room.

Standing guard outside the door were two tribesmen.

Their jaws dropped when they saw me. Awe graced their faces.

"You are really are really are is the messiah!" Yelled on the tribesmen.

I just grinned and nodded at their 100% comprehensible words.

"Yup that's me. Await for We now embarke to end the life of a sacreregious god!" I yelled. I swear there was not a single oxymoron in my words.

The tribesmen grinned.

"Yes messiah!"
