Chapter 18 Magic Circles

Aaron is now sitting in his room after having dinner...

It's going to be an official fight in upcoming 15 days...and my parents don't even know about it.

I have a plan to fight without revealing my identity...

Aaron revealed a mask from his space bag...it was a white mask with scary smile and two sharp eye cutouts are made on it.

I will use it while fighting...

Mom and Dad will bring me with them but I will remain home by saying that I have a fever....

Mom will try to stay with me but I will do something about it.

Now I should do some study...

Aaron picked a candle and lighted it up with a small fireball...

Now first one is this...'Working of Spells'.

The book has red cover and a magic circle made on it....it was an artificial magic circle.

Aaron opened the first page of the book...

Some lines were written there...

'Spells are invented by the Archmages of Human race and Elf race. Elf race has a high affinity with four elements of nature more then humans.'

'But human race have more effective ways to use magic so they both converted them into spells...but Humans got arrogant after this and started an All-out war with elf race...but elfs got defeated by humans in the end.'

'After that they signed a treaty of peace between both races...but humans started to make slaves out of elfs...but elfs were intelligent beings they didn't tried to make an All-out war again instead they stayed silent...'

'But Humans tried to take help from the elf race in understanding the chants that were written in ancient Elven language...but this time elfs refused to help and said that even they don't understand the ancient language.'

So the chants are written in ancient Elven Language but why can I read it...?

Aaron turned over the page...

'A magic Circle is something that is used as an operator of chants...to use more than one chant at a time and use them in a fixed order we use magic circles.'

So a magic circle is like... The Body of a car where as Chants are it's engine and wheels whereas mana is the fuel to start and use it.

'One can create a spell by himself if he knows how to draw a mana containing magic circle and Elven Language.'

Hmmm...

'magic circles are something that can increase and decrease the power of chants...If you repeat two chants with one chant containing magic circle then your head will hurt but at a very minor rate...but when you repeat three chants with the same one chant containing magic circle then your head will hurt more and four times can even brust out your head...'

Hmmm... it's like putting a Audi car's engine into a swift. If body can't handle it's engine then it will break definitely.

You have to increase circles with the chant repetation but they can't be the same as previous circle...

'Most magic circles are made in a specific shape like triangle and square inside a circle. Triangle once are for three chants and square for four chants. But complicated once are made with shapes like Pentagon and hexagon which are used for 5 and 6 chant use.'

'There isn't a spell with more than 6 chants in this world as for now...and the cause for this is elements.'

'Elements are the base of Magic they are used by elfs to make chants. There are only 6 elements found till now which can be used in magic...Air,water,fire,ice,light and darkness.'

Hmm...so that's how it is...but what about Soil and thunder

As Aaron was reading...the candle got fully melted.

Ah...the candle finished I will read the rest tomorrow.

I will also do experiments with air cutter and read about runes and farming too and I will also try creating my own spells...

Ahhhh...I am just a six year old child why do I have to it all.

"Good night" Aaron said as he gave a pout...

The next day...

It's cold today mom and dad are going out for hunting because in few days it will start snowing due to winters.

After having dinner Ronald and Hilda went to Hunting leaving Aaron and Elena home.

Elena is playing in the house and Aaron is drawing something on his notebook in his room.

"Okay so If I want to increase a skill's power I have to make a circle that can be used to operate thrice magical chants at ease..."

Okay so we have here this fireball skill's magic circle with a square inside a magic circle and four chants written on each side.

But why a square they could have used a trapezium too or a rectangle then why square.

Think Aaron think there has to be a cause for this...

Activate philosopher title.

Hmmm...now what is square known for.

1. Equal side

2. It's inside Equal area.

Equal area...?...means equal distribution...yes that's the only cause.

If you take water and pour it into a square container it will spread equally inside.

Just like mana....we use mana to activate a spell so that mana can be given equally to every side and every chant in equal proportion.

So to double it's power I need to use a shape which can hold 8 chants in it with ease....like a octagon.

Aaron then drawed a octagon inside a magic circle and writed fireball chants two times on 8 of it's sides.

After that Aaron standed up from his bed and started chanting the newly formed spell...About 43 seconds later he spoke slowly...

"Fireball..."

Suddenly a very big sized fireball formed on his hand...

"H-Holy...this is the power of a single circle increment in a spell... it's only level one fireball but it's glow,heat and size is very big."

After a while the fire ball disappeared automatically.

"Huh...what happened..?"

What my mana is zero but fireball's level increased...but why did my mana got zero ?

But on the another note if it was that easy to create magic circles than anybody could have created it until now.
