The city has been heavily destroyed by now. It seemed that Kazeka wasn't paying much attention to the others around her. The east of the city however was still being torn bit by bit as the two continued to clash their attacks.
With a powerful jab of Kenji's sword to Tsugaki's left arm's cover, there was a loud clang sound as he shouted at him. "Why are you helping her!"
"I have my own personal reasons you nor anyone else would understand." Tsugaki sighed as he answered Kenji.
Kenji jumped back as his jab into Tsugaki's skin failed.
"You 1-Y students...Always trying to act dominant over others. Slandering our classes because we're not so special like you all? I've given up my role of vampire hunter a long time ago and instead took this role of teacher." He said as he put his arm to his chest.
"We all have our own personal experiences. You're here to murder my poor girlfriend because of what? How dangerous she can be? I've done so much to avoid having her come out too. I'm lucky to be alive with her roaming around to this day!"
Kenji attempted to slash at Tsugaki with his sword at powerful speeds but in a swift motion, his scarf managed to block and parry each and every attack with a matched speed.
"She..." Tsugaki murmered.
Tsugaki jumped back and held out one of his scarf's arms which had a bit of his blood.
"She means a lot to me, there's something interchangeable about how I feel about her."
Kenji got up and noticed the small cuts he got from Tsugaki's parries.
"But...I think I know a way to show...How I can protect her." Tsugaki looked up, the rain pouring continued to fasten as his frown grew into a smile.
"I haven't had fun with anyone for a while now..." He looked up at Kenji.
"You can be my plaything." Tsugaki stretched his arms back. "Bring it on!" He said as he put his hand out to convince Kenji to let the storm continue to rage on.
Kenji looked up at Tsugaki. A sense of nostalgia washes upon Kenji. he could feel the adrenaline rushing through his blood.
"If that's what you want..." He said as his sword glowed a bright red glow.
"I'll gladly deliver, vampire."
The two smirked at each other as they ran towards each other at a blurry speed attempting to chop each other's hands off. The red glow on Kenji's sword was something truly different. A black flow enchantment he managed to harness off vampiric creatures like the monster in front of him. Onkei~fu, a technique that allows every attack he performs to land.
At that moment, Tsugaki's arm came right off as blood splattered against the ground and onto Kenji's cheek as he smirked.
Tsugaki quickly jumped back and it only took a couple seconds for him to regenerate it.
"Neat ability. Surprised you can use it so well despite spending most of your time teaching instead of training." Tsugaki snarled.
"It's not my first rodeo when it comes to using this stuff. If I wanna have a shot at bringing you down, I obviously need to put all my effort in. You need to be able to work for everything you want in-"
"Blah Blah Blah...Spill your nonsense at me math teacher, it won't make a difference. I'm an impatient man."
"Tsk...Why you little-"
"Do you not enjoy when I interrupt you? Too bad fella...oh?"
Tsugaki gave a surprised look when Kenji was straightening his shirt and dusting himself off instead of conflicting in the current argument he was with him.
"Do you not understand the situation you're in right now? This is you doom!"
"It sure is, my doom looks incredibly beautiful, I can see it all, after teaching mathematics for years now, I feel...free. My freedom is doom, my doom is freedom. Whatever floats my boat I guess."
Kenji stared down at Tsugaki, his glasses on the floor being pelted by the rain.
"You're really an insufferable piece of crap you know that? But I guess I'll happily play along for a second or two..."
...
"Times up. Let's do this." The kick came at a remarkable speed, but instead of knocking Kenji back, his body tilted to the side swiftly as hr grabbed his leg and slammed Tsugaki down. A splash of blood emerged but was quickly absorbed back into Tsugaki's body as an incredibly insane laugh emerged from the crater Tsugaki layed in.
"AHAHAHAHAHA, KENJI NAKAMURA, MATH TEACHER OF REQUIEM HIGH! YOU DONT PLAY AROUND DO YOU?"
All of a sudden, the area shifted and cracked into two, Kenji maintained his neutral facade as he fell down the cracked ground towards Tsugaki. Kenji then dodges the hidden pucnh from the side but his eyes widen as he misses the second attack even with his absolute blessing.
"What the-"
He begins getting ragdolled from thousands of shady hands in the walls punching him at different moments, he couldn't act or react due to how occupied he was.
Kenji then got knocked up into the sky as Tsugaki jumped up from the crater and drilled in fingers straight through his forehead, blasting him across the asphalt roads of the city as he hands on. At this moment, Kenji's eyes had rolled into the back of his head.
There seems to be no hope for him now. Until, the golden heartbeat triggers.
Kenji gasped as his pupils returned, in an instant he grabbed Tsugaki by his scarf and threw him down beside him, using the momentum of his body being scrapped across the floor to return the kinetic energy onto him.
A ton of blood jumped out of Tsugaki's mouth as he slowly started decelerating due to the friction. Kenji, breathing heavily got up and glared down at Tsugaki.
Kenji's absolute blessing, an ability he alone possesses. He was merely born with it as a natural ability. The supreme enchantment allowed him to dodge attacks extremely well without him being conscious of it. His body would reflexively move out of the way. Think of it as a reflex his body possess that can dodge anything.
Tsugaki stood up weakly, the blood flowing in his veins speeding up.
"Heh...Haha...I see..." He cracked his shoulder as he got up. "That absolute of blessing of yours..." Tsugaki thought back to what happened. "So that whole ykmr, you weren't sliding across the road suffering from the immense friction, but instead, your body reflexively managed to avoid the road by mere atoms...How smart of you."
"Not my proudest moment but it's still one of my favorites. Yes, I faked my pain and used your acceleration and speed so I could transfer that energy to destroy your body with friction."
Tsugaki glared at him, his blood boiling. His black singlet has already been ripped off showing his toned body. "You damn bastard...You want to beat me so bad don't you?"
He launched another fist at Kenji but failed miserably. Kenji quickly caught it and threw his fist to the side. "I told you, I'd take your serious didn't I?" The feeling of nostagia and adrenaline was enough for Kenji to beat Tsugaki.
"No! I'm not giving up just yet!" Tsugaki's arms and scarf glowed a bright blue as his eyes grew into flames of fury. He yelled and pounced onto Kenji, Kenji's whose smug smile was already fading was caught off guard when suddenly, the sight of kitsune tails fills Kenji's view as the strange young woman appeared and caused Tsugaki to suddenly fall unconscious, his pale skin getting even paler, his eyes' pupils disappearing while his gaping mouth widened revealing more of his fangs.
"W-What the- Who are you and what did you just do to him?" Kenji muttered angrily.
The woman turned around, her mask covering her face as Kenji slightly blushed at her appearance.
"Oh darlingggg~ I simply saved your ass..." Her voice was seductive and smooth as she spoke, bending down towards Kenji. "Now scrammmm~"
Without a second thought, Kenji got up from the ground and ran away.
