They called it New Dawn City, but there was nothing 'new' about it. The place was hailed as a fresh start, a rebranding of an entire city that had been infested with drugs, crime, gangs, and all sorts of violence. You name it, and you'd probably find it just down the street from the local market. But let me backtrack a bit and tell the story—or at least the beginning of it—as I experienced it or as it was told to me. As I mentioned, it all started on that fateful day in December, in New Vegas.
