Kill Her Own Child
Ririna stared down on her clenching fists on her lap.
A plant virus.
As soon as her mother mentioned about it, it stirred something within her. Was it fear? She didn't know. The only thing she could think now that her life and her unborn child might be in danger. Her face darkened which startled Yelan. She couldn't understand or comprehend what Ririna was thinking at the moment.
"This virus… is it the same thing that Madam Song found in my blood?" Ririna asked, breaking the awkward silence between them.
"Yes," Yelan said almost a whisper. She was afraid that this will add more reasons for Ririna to hate her. Oh, she needed to make up for all the things she did to her daughter and should start with finding a cure on her illness.
"Is it contagious?"
Yelan shook her head. She really can't say. She wasn't the one who performed the next experiments about it and she needed the same specimen to learn more about it.
