S2 Chapter 31

Yuzui with being tired said, "This is frustrating. I guess I shouldn't have made Ichiro to hunt and lead on top."

Ichiro said, "Huh? But didn't you hear that I am not going to finish it now. So you can take your time to do it although... Now I am going to hunt like this everyday. At the last it is a war."

"Huh? Huh?! Are... Are you serious?! Then it is definitely not possible for me to go on that rank!" Said Yuzui.

Ichiro said, "Anyways, I am now going to sleep."

And Ichiro started running but with normal speed of normal humans. He reached till the Survivors and Nobela said,

"My lord--"

Ichiro said, "I am going to sleep now, so no comments or anything. We can talk after I take a good nap so please let me go and sleep."

Nobela said, "Oh, ok. Have sweet dreams and sleep well. We will talk later."

And Ichiro smiled and started moving towards his room to sleep.

All the Survivors, in shock, also started moving towards the mansion in the castle.

Yuki said, "I guess... We shouldn't have done that." To Nobela.

Nobela said, "I actually failed to understand him. I was thinking that I know about my lord very well but I was wrong. But... Yuki, you should have known him very well at the last you are a Dead Angel and in the council, you have to work with him."

Yuki with becoming angry said, "Huh?! How can you think about that?! First of all, we have met after a long, long time, when Atlas was not even formed. And in the council, we were just relaxing because Ichiro was not giving anything to do."

Nobela said, "Huh? Is that so? Then is there anyone who knows him very well?"

And suddenly Yuzui and Emi arrived near Nobela and Yuki and Yuki said, "I am sure that they both must know more about him than we do."

Yuzui said, "What are you all talking about?"

Yuki said, "Nothing."

Emi said, "Yuzui, tell them also about the requirement for it. Big brother as an admin and first candidate has said that there will be now just 3 more seats for candidates will be there."

Yuzui was shocked and said, "Huh?! Which means after Ichiro, just next top 3 can participate in the final boss hunt?! Which means we will have to secure our ranks!"

Nobela said, "Final boss... You mean by Demon King?... Seriously?! But what is the requirement?"

And Emi started leaving with saying, "Tell them, Yuzui. Although this thing will be officially announced in the main hall tomorrow."

And Emi left and Yuzui started telling the requirement which is important to participate in hunt of demon king.

Yuki and Nobela understood and Nobela said, "Well, it is good. We will be able to practice ourselves by it. Demon King is a 7th tier 5th grade demon and it is the strongest."

Yuki said, "Are there any specific number of 7th tier 5th grade demon?"

Nobela said, "There were only 3. One, Demon King and two, his disciples. But my lord has defeated one disciple of them then now there are only 2 left. But I didn't understand why one disciple arrived. Demon King and his disciples live in another world and they can only come with a portal."

Yuzui said, "Huh? Is that so? It might be because Ichiro was continuously decreasing the number of demons."

Yuki said, "It is possible. Anyways, we should from night start our hunting. We will have to secure the ranks to become a candidate."

Nobela said, "Yes, now the next three who will qualify with the requirement can only become candidates."

And then Yuzui, Yuki and Nobela went to their rooms for rest although they were being bored.

Suddenly a knock came on Yuzui's room door. Yuzui opened the door and was shocked by seeing who was there.

It was Ichiro with covering himself with a blanket.

"Have... Have you not slept till now? It's afternoon and you should be sleeping, right?" Said Yuzui.

Ichiro entered in Yuzui's room, sat on the bed and said, "You are right. The thing is that I don't get a proper and good sleep at day. As said, humans' best time to sleep is night only."

Yuzui said in her mind, "As expected."

Yuzui said, "So you are not going to hunt on night?"

Ichiro said, "Well, according to it, top 12 rankers can only go for hunt at night. And I guess I don't have another choice, I will... Sacrifice my sleep until the challenge."

And Yuzui was shocked. For the first time she was seeing Ichiro, who loves sleeping, is sacrificing it for a challenge?

Yuzui said, "Are... Are you serious? You... Will not sleep until the challenge is over?"

Ichiro said, "Kind of, but can you give me a favour."

Yuzui said what favour.

Ichiro said, "Just tell me stories and poems to make me sleep."

Yuzui first analysed what Ichiro said and then she said, "Wait... Are you serious? ... Wait you are joking, right? What a great joke!" And she actually started laughing.

Ichiro said, "I am serious. That is why I have came with a blanket. Just try it once."

"Huh?... Huh?! I... Am I your mother?!" Said Yuzui and threw Ichiro with his blanket out of her room and said, "You are definitely an idiot!" And shut the door.

Again a knock came in Yuzui's room door just after a second and then she opened and said, "Are you serious?! I am not going to tell you poem twinkle twinkle little star to make you sleep!"

And here, again, there Ichiro was but without his blanket. He said, "So let's go to play in garden! It will be definately fun!"

Yuzui was shocked and said, "You... You are not Ichiro. When did he became a kid?! And what will you play with me? Chasing game or something?"

And on the next scene, Ichiro and Yuzui were fighting with a wood sword and it was nothing less than actual fights of Survivors with a 4th grade demon.
