His hands start to weave his hair as he watches the construction teams working. "How long until completion?"
Commander White watches him attentively, his hands interacting with the tablet. "At the current rate, the basic infrastructure will take about 148 hours to complete. We are simultaneously working on water, electricity, sewage, and roads."
While listening to the details, he ties his braid with a red ribbon.
Ophiuchus: "Energy issues."
"The basic structure of the power plant is 30% complete and operational. The only means we can use is photovoltaic generation; solar panels have proven to be efficient, but the inverters are a problem. Something is interfering with our energy production."
Ophiuchus: "How long until the city's completion?"
Commander White makes a hand gesture, and the data is presented. "Best-case scenario is 8 to 9 weeks. If we use the current energy to supply the machinery, this time can be reduced to 2 to 3 weeks in the best-case scenarios."
Ophiuchus: "There won't be time to prepare material to improve the efficiency of the plant in this period."
White: "I've asked the mapping teams to pay attention to geology; some unknown minerals were found nearby."
White watches him stand up: "Please check your condition before discussing anything."
Observing Commander White's stoic expression, he nods in understanding and waves his hand, walking away.
…
His thoughts begin to bloom.
"In the world of 'Nier: Automata,' I was able to acquire a complete technological tree, and materials for training and learning to develop professionals. Besides conquering and designing an elite military unit."
"Through my physical abilities, I was able to enhance my body and consciousness. Thanks to that, I can assimilate any knowledge presented to me, process and calculate information quickly."
While in his internal monologue, he was walking aimlessly.
On his way, he noticed some civilian High-Androids resting after strenuous physical work (digging and earthmoving), some of them were talking about their achievements, discussing their children, and some were eating.
"They can already be considered human."
2B approaches quietly: "My lord, 4S found something and is transmitting it to headquarters."
Ophiuchus turns to 2B: "Let's return."
…
White furrows his eyebrows, his hand sliding over the table, and the images begin to be displayed.
Ophiuchus observes: "A city has been invaded by goblins?"
White looks at Ophiuchus: "4S located them. According to the report, there's a village nearby, and their number could reach up to three hundred in the worst case."
Ophiuchus begins to calculate the probability of YoRHa exterminating the goblins. Despite a YoRHa android having good combat abilities, the flaw was obvious; once destroyed, there would be a long wait to reactivate it.
The YoRHa High-Androids currently are enough to assemble two to three squads, depending on the role each would play in combat.
"Devola and Popola, intensify the update of our soldiers so they can quickly adapt to the essence of this world."
Devola and Popola nod in understanding.
Ophiuchus: "White."
"I appreciate your cooperation, as well as your decision to come to me. Please be part of the next update group, as I will need you as soon as possible to command them."
Ophiuchus interacts with the table: "I'm transferring the information about these goblins to the database."
Devola, Popola, and White quickly start reading the information about the goblins.
[Goblins have excellent smell, especially when it comes to prey. They can smell the scent of metal, making them dangerous to anyone wearing metal armor, with excellent night vision.]
[Goblins are a completely male species but can procreate with any race, with pregnancy always resulting in goblin offspring. Even in a week, a single captive can be forced to give birth to several new goblins. As such, women are among what they take to settlements for reproduction until their eventual death at the hands of their captors.]
[Although most people describe goblins as thoughtless creatures, they are not fools and, therefore, can learn.]
[They learn from the mistakes of the dead and adapt.]
[They are smart enough to make a strong poison by mixing their saliva and excrement with herbs they find in nature; they usually coat this poison on daggers and sometimes on arrows.]
[The only value they see in gathering in more significant numbers is purely how the individual can selfishly benefit from what the group brings to him (food, females to rape/breed, meat shields), not because they care about each other; in fact, goblins can often be seen laughing at the torment and even the deaths of their kind, showing that they love to see others in misery as long as it's not them and when they are without strength and/or numerical advantages.]
[Despite their notorious reputation and the danger they pose, most nobles consider goblins as mere pests not to be taken seriously.]
[As a result, many newcomers end up being killed and raped by goblins for underestimating them. Additionally, some soldiers make the mistake of sparing goblin children, potentially allowing them to develop into stronger variations of goblins.]
[Below are the types of existing goblins.]
[Common Goblins: These are the most basic goblins, making up the majority of the hordes. They are small, and weak, and usually use simple weapons like clubs and knives. Despite their physical weakness, they are numerous and can be dangerous in large groups.]
[Camouflaged Goblins: These goblins can camouflage, making them difficult to detect, even at close range. They use this ability to ambush their prey.]
[Goblin Children: Despite the name, these goblins are adults, but they are smaller and weaker than common goblins. They are usually used to perform underground tasks, such as digging tunnels.]
[Hobgoblins: Hobgoblins are an evolution of common goblins. They are larger, stronger, and smarter. They often lead groups of goblins in more organized attacks.]
[Shaman Goblins: These are the goblins with magical abilities. They can cast spells and play an important role in coordinating goblin hordes.]
[Goblin Leaders: Some goblins stand out from the others in terms of strength and intelligence. They can lead groups of goblins, and some of them even use more advanced armor and weapons.]
[Goblin Lords: These are even more powerful goblins, often with unique abilities. They are considered supreme leaders among goblins.]
…
He begins to walk through the construction fields, the roads composed of concrete slabs.
It wasn't yet noon, but the inhabitants didn't stop their work and continued even when asked to take a break.
His violet eyes watched the vegetation in the distance that covered the city's existence, luxuriously green, with a wide variety of plants, and tall and dense trees.
Continuing his walk, he comes across some two-story buildings, some members of YoRHa wearing gothic attire, pausing their patrol to salute him with a military salute, to which Ophiuchus makes a simple hand gesture and a nod and decides to continue his journey.
Soon, he comes across a fork in the road that splits into two paths, one leading up the mountain and the other circling it.
The path that goes up the mountain leads to the former location where the palace existed, as in his conception, there is no need for a palace when a villa can be built, especially now that he can travel between various realities.
As he climbs the road, he comes across a bridge, to his right, he sees the city from above, as well as a training ground where the Spartans were located. To his left, was a space reserved for what would become a waterfall.
"Soon, there will be a river running through all this territory. White is already preparing the city for the river's canalization."
Withdrawing his gaze, he starts walking again.
After a few minutes, he finds himself in front of a flat piece of land, walking on a stone path towards the mountain.
He walks down a side corridor, where there is a varnished wooden door, and its old hinges, and upon opening it, a stone staircase leading down into the interior is revealed.
The path was poorly lit because the Androids had not yet been authorized to build in the area, so everything gave him a sense of nostalgia when encountering certain buildings and objects; the staircase gave him a feeling of familiarity.
A large underground hall is revealed, the low light emanating from the altar in its center. Around it, there was an extensive matrix engraved on the stone floor. Walking towards the altar, a holographic panel unfolds in front of him.
With a wave of his hand, the city development panel disappears, and in its place, his status is displayed.

"This didn't resemble a typical RPG game; maybe it was more related to territory development?"
Ophiuchus had acquired the intriguing habit of exploring and interacting with the holographic panels that appeared before him, courtesy of his mother's legacy.
With each interaction with the holographic panels, he felt a faint connection. There were no clear clues or hints about the nature of these panels because they were visible only to him. They were like glimpses, hidden from the eyes of others.
The starry nights had taken on a new meaning since the shooting stars began to appear a few weeks ago. Ophiuchus couldn't help but feel that these events were somehow connected to the panels and the meteorite.
