***Anastasia's POV ***

I'm so bored right now , maybe I should cook . With that in mind I stood up only to feel extremely dizzy .

It's not the hangover , I mean I've already recovered from that , so what's…

" Aaahhhhh, my head hurts " I yelled as I felt everything go dark .

" What's your name " I said but he didn't reply .

" I asked what your name was " I repeated .

" The help isn't aloud to raise their head or be familiar miss " he finally spoke in a really meek voice .

I remember that rule ….

" Ok then I'll call you another name , which name do you want ? " I asked

" You can call me anything you want ma'am " he says

" Ok … I know , Knight "I said excitedly and he looked up at me feeling shocked by the name . He realized he was looking at me so he's quick to look down .

" Well I'm like a princess and you talk to me like loyal knight so I'll call you that " I said and I heard him chuckle .

I found him wondering here , no one ever came here but he did . He makes me happy , his chuckle is funny .

I'm ten but I've been through hell and he was my first friend .

He came here everyday since then , I never asked him why he came in the first place but I didn't care .

He was really shy , that I knew , but I liked that he warmed up to me .

" Why does your papa hit you " he asked one day after I was punished by my father .

His question stunned me .

" Because I was naughty, doesn't your papa punish you " I said really curious.

" I don't have one but my mama never hits me because she loves me " he said and I was really suprised .

So parents should love their kids .

I just stormed off. I made a mistake and made an even bigger one when being punished . I asked my father why he wasn't like normal fathers and snapped at him .

He hit me so much I almost died , but before I closed my eyes I saw knight come cover me from the last whip …..

But I can't see anything after that not Knight not anyone ….. I can't see knight…..no Knight ….. I can't remember his face anymore as I sink into an abyss .

" Anastasia wake up " I hear a voice mutter but I can't see anything, is that Knight . I just want to be in my abyss . ….

***Alexander's POV ***

I forgot most of my files since I left home in anger , I could have sent someone to get it but I wanted to see how she was doing….

Not because I care , but …. I don't know …..

I'm already home , and I go up to our room only to see her on the ground . Did she roll off the bed ….

I went closer to her only to hear her muttering ' Knight ' I was about to lose it when I saw how much she was sweating and gasping I tried to wake her but she wasn't responding .

I called the doctor after placing her on the bed .

The doctor arrived, ran some tests and gave her an injection which actually calmed her down .

" what's wrong with her " I asked .

" I can't tell but if I had her medical records I'm sure I could find a diagnosis " he replied.

" Ok , I'll send it to you , but is she fine now ? " I asked

" Yes I checked and nothing is wrong , so I gave her an injection to help her sleep more comfortably " he said and I was less worried.

He left and I was alone with her now ….
