Chapter 11

"Well, My name is Leo. I go to school here, at Woodside High. I like to spend my free time annoying my friend, Tio, and my brother Liam. I enjoy going on runs. And I have special diplomatic talents." Leo finished with a smile, waiting for the next question.

As Sienna finished writing down his answer, she asked the next question. "Question two, how did you hear about this position? I guess just come up with a random job position."

"Well, my brother has been working at this establishment for a while now, and I thought I'd come and try doing some of it with him. Also, I lost a bet and was forced to come here." Leo finished with a joking smile on his face.

Sienna looks up at him from the notepad, "I'm not including that in the answer." Leo pouted as she said that, but in an obviously joking way.

"Ok," Sienna finished writing his answer and moved on, "Question three, Why do you want this job?"

"Like I said a moment ago, I want to work more with my brother and get a better idea of how he does what he does. I've always admired him and I look up to what he does." Leo responded, his voice shaking ever so slightly. He was hoping Sienna didn't notice.

"Ok, and last question. What do you consider your greatest strengths/weaknesses? And since it says both, it's best to answer both." Sienna added on the last part even though it wasn't on the paper.

Leo took a moment to think about the question. He had never gotten this question before, so it was a tough one to answer. When his answer finally came he spoke, "I would say my greatest strength is my ability to lead groups of people, and be able to connect with all of them. And, I would say my greatest weakness is how indecisive I can be at times." Leo finished with a straight face. No smile, no joking tone. He seemed to be completely honest with the question. Even though the other answers he came up with were almost completely fake.

"Mr. Moore, we're done. Is there anything else for us to do?" Sienna asked, showing him the paper and the notepad with Leo's answers. Mr. Moore stood up and looked over the paper.

"Yes, now you interview her. With the same questions." He went back to his desk, leaving the notepad on their desk.

After Leo interviews Sienna, they call the teacher back over to their desk. "Mr. Moore, we're both finished now. Is there anything else to do?" Sienna asked as he came over.

"If both of you are done, start coming up with ideas about what to ask your other peers from all around the school. I'll write the rules on the board for you guys." He went to the white board and began writing the rules for the questions.
