In the Chrysler clan

After about 5 hours, the Chrysler clan came into view. It was a small clan with a population of about five thousand people. As they were getting closer to the gate of the clan, the guards on duty saw the carriages coming, they rang the bell and the gate started to open slowly.

The carriage was already in front of the clan gate when a middle-aged man with white streaks on the side of his hair stepped out. He wore the purple and gold colors Lillian and Laine wore but he was clearly of a higher quality. His facial expression showed one of annoyance.

The man yelled as soon as he saw those carriages "LILLIAN, GET YOUR BUTT OUT HERE RIGHT NOW"

When Lillian heard those words, she shivered from head to toe but she knew she had no choice. She stepped out of the carriage with her head down and hands twiddling together. Midas was surprised that the girl that faced him and his master with almost no fear is now trembling like a little girl even though she was still a little girl.

"Father, I have gone to the beast king's cave and returned with some good news," Lillian said hoping to pacify her father.

"You went to the beast king's cave, even when I warned you it was too dangerous? And your brother followed you?" Said Lillian's father, as he was fuming because the smoke was literally coming out of his ears. "Both of you are grounded for life, you would never see the sunlight again, and the guards that followed you will all be subjected to a hundred lashings"

Everyone paled, including Captain Ville, the two shadow guards even Lillian and Laine. Lillian quickly ordered the guards to open the carriage everything was stored in and then everyone, man, woman, and child heard the clanging and falling of metal.

The next thing they saw all shocked them, there were weapons of different ranks from normal cold weapons, to brown rank, to yellow. The highest rank weapon there was a peak blue rank naginata and just the shine alone was able to spur the greed of everyone there but they reeled it in because they knew everything there was brought by the little princess of the clan and her father would burn anyone who got close to the weapons.

Lillian wasn't done yet as she told the guards to open the other carriage and people saw another amazing sight. Weapon techniques, manuals on how to harness ether and attributes properly, skill, and spellbooks were what was in the other carriage and these things were priceless because no one would want to spread the technique they use and some of the spellbooks had spells they had never heard of or ones that they had heard of but could not afford to get.

"You found all this in the beast king's cave? But even I cannot kill that beast so how did you steal all these things?" The clan head asked

"Actually father, we did not steal these things. The beast king was slain then the person that slew the beast did not care for them so he left it to us." Lillian said happily, knowing her father probably forgot about the punishments.

"Who is capable of killing a beast king that has a combat cap attribute of facing people in the green rank?" The clan lord said quite baffled

"He is in the wooden carriage, Father. Alongside his disciple." Lillian said while looking towards the plain carriage being drawn by ordinary horses.

As Lillian said that, everyone including the clan lord looked toward the carriage, and then the carriage started to seemingly split apart and go back into the ground, freeing the horses in the process. Then people saw a young man and a boy with scars slowly land as the carriage dissolved into the ground.

Everyone was dumbstruck at the beauty of the man. The guards were lamenting why they looked like pigs compared to the man while the boy beside him looked calm-headed and had a certain charm about him. The clan lord snapped out of his reverie and went to greet Licht as someone who can kill the beast king, he was clearly stronger than him.

"Esteemed guest, greeting. I am Luke, current clan lord of the Chrysler clan." The clan lord called Luke introduced himself with a bow.

"Licht just looked towards him and smiled "Call me Licht and this is my disciple Midas" Midas bowed towards Luke

Luke looked towards Midas and was surprised that such a young man was already at the peak of yellow rank. He then looked at Licht again and noticed he could not see his aura, meaning Licht was at least basic green rank.

Luke knew he needed to form good relations with this man as it might be beneficial for him in the long run. "Sir Licht, since you helped our clan, we would like to honor you with a feast"

As soon as Licht heard the word feast, his entire calm expression perked up and his face got a bit brighter. Even Midas behind Licht started to imagine a food that was not dried meat.

Licht nodded in agreement and Luke chose to show him to the clan lord's mansion and where Licht and Midas would stay. They were also provided with many clothes and servants to help with Licht and Midas.

Midas was not comfortable being waited upon and being cleaned up by women so he had a permanent blush on his face. He felt like he caught them staring at his friend below more than once but for Licht, he didn't care for he had fought in battles completely nude and been with several hundreds of women but no one ever gave him the affection he should have felt, so while they helped Licht with his dressing, they also serviced him. They all lay on the bed with red flushes evident on their faces but it seemed like nothing for Licht.

Midas came out of his room before Licht as he only dressed and fixed himself up while doing nothing more, since the rooms were not soundproof and Licht did not even bother to dampen the sound. Midas heard everything and waited for Licht to come out. When Licht finally came out, Midas caught a glimpse of over ten maids on Licht's bed and looked at his master with a glint in his eyes, surprised how his master was not tired but left every girl unable to move.

Licht saw the look in Midas's eyes and chuckled. Right now, Both Midas and Licht looked like royalty as Midas's hair was packed in a ponytail so it was a bit above his neck, he actually liked it this way. He wore dark pants with boots and a dark green jacket that had a hood. This attire was made from a reptilian beast as there were scale-like patterns all over. On the other hand, Licht just wore a black armored t-shirt with pants and boots. His hair was braided into a ponytail so it was just below his knees a bit.
