Video Recording

On the next day, Ash walked towards the main stadium with a little "Togepi" sitting on top of his head tilting her head from left to right while raising her tiny hands.

"Ash, where did you get this cute Togepi?" Serena asked trying to control herself from squeezing Togepi due to her cuteness.

Ash sighed and replied, "It just appeared in my room of all a sudden and won't even leave even when I threw it."

Hearing this "Togepi" who was happily waving her hands smacked Ash on the head while pouting making her look way cuter.

"Togepi, why don't you stay with me? this brute doesn't know how to take good care of you." Serena said trying to coax "Togepi" to go with her.

"Togepi" shook her head then continued happily bobbing left and right on Ash's head.

'Why did you follow me? can't you go away and look for those mega stones we talked about?' Ash said to "Togepi" through telepathy.

"Togepi" stuck her tongue out and replied, "Why would I do that? you ignored my questions last night and only told me the answer on the next day."

"Nevermind." Ash shook his head and chose to ignore Mew's existence.

Just as they reached the stadium Ash immediately went to the battlefield and saw his opponent waiting for him with a frown on his face clearly dissatisfied at Ash for being late.

"Garchomp, finish it up I'm not in the mood to stay here any longer," Ash said as he took out Garchomp.

Ash really wasn't in the mood to fight right now because he was still bummed out at Mew for forgetting the mega stones.

*Rooooaaaaaarrrr!!*

*BOOM!* *SLASH!* BAM!*

Garchomp one shot all three of his opponent easily obtaining victory, Ash then hopped on Garchomp's back and was about to fly out when suddenly the female reporter already appeared beside Ash like she used a quick attack move.

"Mr. Ash Ketchum, can you please give us at least 10 minutes of your time?" The reporter asked with a lovely smile on her face.

Ash glanced at this woman and replied, "You can interview me after I won the tournament," Garchomp then flapped his fins and flew out leaving the reporter on the battlefield with a face filled with anger.

Flying in the air Garchomp was flying towards Ash's house when a hyper beam flew towards his direction.

"Hmm?"

As Garchomp dodged the hyper beam Ash looked back and saw a spiky hair dude with a white lab coat riding on the back of an Aerodactyl.

"What do you want, Gary?" Ash asked with a frown on his face clearly displeased at the sudden attack.

As the Aerodactyl came closer Gary laughed and said, "You really became cold-hearted as the rumors say, Ashy boy."

Ash didn't pay any attention and commanded Garchomp to continue flying back home.

Gary was stupefied seeing this and immediately followed behind Garchomp and shouted, "Why do you have to give me the cold shoulder, Ash?! aren't we childhood friends I just wanna catch up!"

"I'm not into men so don't bother," Ash replied as Garchomp sped up.

Gary sighed and shouted while throwing a small recording device towards Ash, "Ashy, catch!"

Ash extended his hand and caught the recording device and disappeared from Gary's sight.

*Sigh* "I wanted to watch to video with you but nevermind." Gary then returned to his hotel and called his grandpa telling him that he already passed the recording to Ash.

Landing in the backyard Ash jumped off while Mew returned back to her form while studying the recording device on Ash's hand.

"Ash, open the device I wanna watch a movie!" Mew flew around Ash excitedly thinking that the content of the device was a movie.

Glancing at the recording device on his hand Ash was also curious as to what the content was so he went inside his room with an excited Mew on his head as they started the recording.

As the video started a man with black hair was standing as he took a few deep breaths before speaking.

"Hello, Ash." The man spoke like he was meeting Ash in the video.

"You must already know by now that I am your irresponsible father, I know that I am not the best father and I am sorry for that."

"The main reason for this video is about Pikachu."

Ash paused the video hearing this, he stared at the face of his Father for a few moments while Mew was already punching Ash on the head complaining why he stopped it.

*Click*

As the video continued a familiar Pikachu appeared beside Ash's father.

"This little guy here will be the same Pikachu that you will receive at the start of your journey, Pikachu is a pokemon that I caught during the start of my very first journey and is already a legendary level pokemon."

A frown appeared on Ash's face as he kept on watching.

"Giving you a legendary pokemon is not possible so I used a unique method only known by a handful of people to lock Pikachu's peak strength so that he can follow you as a starter-level pokemon."

"As Pikachu continues getting stronger and nearing champion level the seal will activate suppressing Pikachu's strength again making him go back to being a starter-level pokemon."

"This seal will only be broken if Pikachu thinks that you are ready to control his power and will be able to use him properly and maturely."

"I left this message to Professor Oak and strictly told him to give you this if you only ask about Pikachu's peculiarity of becoming weak all of a sudden."

"I hope to see you soon, Ash."

*BAM!*

As the recording stopped Ash smashed the television with his fist and kept on punching it until everything was destroyed.

He then stood up and kept on punching the wall trying to vent his anger after watching the stupid recording.

'You are stupid! fcking stupid!'

'What kind of logic is that?! won't tell me if I didn't ask? I already knew that something was wrong with Pikachu!'

Ash kept on rampaging inside the room, Bayleef already broke the door and held Ash with her vine whip trying to stop him.

"Master! Master! what's wrong?" Bayleef was panicking and kept on trying to get Ash's attention.

But Ash was already beyond control and Bayleef's vine whip couldn't hold Ash anymore.

Mew who was flying above twisted her finger as an aura descended on Ash making him fall asleep.

Ash fell on the ground completely unconscious, Bayleef immediately caught him and brought him to the bed.
