Making friends (1/2) [7]

*Alex Green POV*

Alex is currently on his way to his kids room after finishing his exercise routine he had in the morning.

Currently a very tired Alex can be seen sluggishly walking towards the stairs wanting to talk to his daughter and son.

As a person who is currently well off in terms of money and has kids Alex tends to spend a lot of time with his children, playing games and telling them stories about his adventure in the Galar Region.

Both of his children are geniuses! Both are able to comprehend and learn the English language pretty fast absorbing all the information their little heads can get their grubby hands on. Lily is a very bright girl with a very out going attitude and is a very energetic person, while Colson is a very calm and smart mind.

Alex being from a poor family back in Galar knows the struggles some people have with training Pokemon and wants his children to have the best resources he can possibly provide through his connections. Recently he was able to get his female Hydreigon to breed with the Champion Lance's Hydreigon!

He gave the egg to Professor Oak to train it up to the standard of the royal starters he hands out to new trainers doing the gym circuit. Hoping Professor Oak is able to make the Deino timid enough for his son Colson to keep as a pet and to have as a battling Pokemon later on.

Throughout his years he's seen a lot of the young master types of trainers with a very influential background but with no idea how to train their Pokemon. With Colson telling him he wants to be a trainer Alex won't let him be a pompous brat, and will help him raise Deino to the best of his abilities!

Alex wants his kids to make friends and start to get out of their little world, so he's made the decision to bring them to the park and maybe visit the lab because of how much Colson keeps asking him.

Alex now arriving in front of a door proceeds to knock on it. Several seconds later the door opens with a little girl with bright blue eyes, light green messy hair and a cute face can be seen looking upwards with a curious look.

"Lily, dads gonna take you and Colson to the park today!" Alex says in a playful voice "Tell Colson to come over now".

The cute little girl hearing this nods and starts to run back into the room shouting "Colson we are going to the park today!".

Alex now walking down the stairs after notifying his kids proceeds to remember how engrossed Colson has been with his new computer lately. He could just be watching more Pokemon battles but he doesn't have a clue on whats happening!

After a few minutes of waiting near the stairs can be seen two green heads racing towards the entrance trying to get the edge over each other.

"That's not fair sis you got a head start". Colson pouts while panting.

Seeing this Alex proceeds to laugh gaining both Lily and Colson's attention.

"Lets head out right now, try your best to make friends okay?" Alex is currently nervous right now. Not knowing how his his children will communicate with other children makes him very anxious.

He doesn't want them to get rejected like he was as a kid back in the day when he would roam the park as a kid being completely ignored like he isn't even there.

*Back to Colson*

My dad has brought me and my sister to the park near Professor Oaks lab. For some reason dad has been walking with us with an anxious look which im still perplexed as to why he would be nervous about visiting the park.

Before we went off to the park I was finishing up the details to my app called Facebook, yeah I know very original. It took me a little over 12 months to finish the app basically just over 1/3 of the year.

I'm also going to make a company called Green Inc, obviously the owner of the company is me but it's currently under the name of my parents. This can only be achieved when I ask them to help me though.

After this trip I will tell my dad about this to see if with his connections can help my app skyrocket in users on the first day. The apps uses as extremely valuable being able to message and video someone from across regions is something extremely valuable and will not be ignored by influential people.

The other features like posting videos and pictures to friends and followers will make it rise in popularity in general hopefully making it one of the most used apps on the Poke Phone and on all PCs.

Finally arriving at the park I could spot multiple different people, a few kids playing with other kids like tag and others on the slides.

There isn't anyone im able to recognise at a glance right now so im probably just gonna hangout and follow my sister.

My sister and I after being hushed over towards the play ground after our dad found a spot to sit on we made our way to a group of kids.

The chat between the kids was pretty normal and loud. It was pretty boring but my sister Lily seemed to get along with everyone quite spectacularly.

In the corner of my eyes I suddenly spot someone sitting by himself looking at the lake. My eyes widen realising who it is, Gary Blue Oak. Quickly getting out of my stupor I proceed to sneak away from the other kids and make my way to sit next to Gary.

Gary getting surprised by my presence quickly retorts

"Who are you?"

Hearing him I smile and respond. "My name is Colson Green! You?"

Gary quickly regains himself and smirks "Names Gary!"

Noticing that Gary didn't mention his full name I quickly reply. "Why are you sitting over here by yourself?"

I ask curiously.

"The other kids are too loud and anoyying". Gary shivers. "It's like they are trying to one up each other in noise it's disgusting with all the drool. You don't seem to be the loud type, uhh".

Grabbing a piece of candy from my pocket I extend my hand in front of Gary. Gary taking the candy from my hand nods and starts to enjoy the flavour. "Just call me Green, wanna be friends?" I say with a wide smile

Gary hearing this has a contemplative look but soon after responds. "Sure! Just call me Gary."
