Early in the morning. Ash and his party ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant after getting their Pokeballs from Nurse Joy who waves at them with good luck.

As they reach the restaurant, they heard a commotion. People were talking about a group of burglar manage to steal something from a building nearby.

Ash's lovers, Misty and Leaf, and his friend Brock didn't listen to the hubbub. But Ash perks his ears and listens to them with a smirk on his face.

'It seems no matter how much I defeated and blasted them off, those three fools wouldn't give up.'

Unknown to his unsuspecting companions. Ash is a little bit excited.

After eating their breakfast they started to move in the direction of the Gym. Misty and Leaf didn't cling to his arms, Ash prevented them cause they made a lot of attention, though he held their hands quite intimately.

Brock notice the change but ignored it. He wasn't senseless enough to question them. But he was crying inwardly.

Ash glanced at Brock's depressed state and felt a little bit guilty of his companion's suffering. 'Maybe I should help him find his soulmate. I remember that Brock(canon) was quite interested in Suzie, a pokemon breeder, and Brock admired her skills and wanted to learn from her but unfortunately, she turned him down because she was busy having a student. Brock also didn't flirt with her cause he didn't want her first impression of him to be bad. The two became close friends when Suzie's vulpix became close with Brock, leaving her pokemon to Brock, Suzie goes on her journey. Brock and Suzie contacted each other via mail from time to time. But Brock's love became a disaster when Suzie introduced Zane as the two created a joint salon, leaving Brock depressed, realizing he and Suzie can only be close friends... that was sad.'

'But hey, If I remember correctly there are more girls that took interest in Brock.

Narissa was infatuated with Brock but quickly got over her feelings when Brock throws himself with another girl.

Temacu, a very dangerous girl since she likes more boys other than brock with the intent of marriage.

Natalie, a very young girl that was jealous when Brock flirts with her older sister, Brock saves her like a damsel but yeah pass she's too young for Brock.

Autumn, another young girl.

Lizabeth, This one is from the movie. This girl returned brock's feeling and they would have been hit it off if not for her fear of losing Brock.

However, If I pick who should be with Brock, Then there are two of them.

Olivia, One of Alolan elite four, two of them quickly hits it off and they both love Rock-type pokemon. Unfortunately, Brock can't be tied down until he became a successful pokemon breeder.

Lastly, Battle pike, Lucy. She was reminded of her slit-eyed pokemon when she saw Brock. The two would have been together if some variable didn't interfere. I heard she's also from Kanto but I don't know where.'

While on the way. Ash has been thinking of a way to fulfill Brock's romantic life. If Brock knew what he was thinking, he would worship Ash as his god.

Thankfully, if not for his young lovers by his side, he would already bump into people by now.

Leaf and Misty were worried about why Ash lost his focus. But as his meticulous girlfriends, they help Ash on the road.

The four reach their destination, entering the Gym, and found three beautiful girls performing with their water-type pokemon in swimming performance.

Hearing a loud cheer from the crowd. Ash snap out from his thought and smile wryly.

Leaf's eyes sparkle. The performance is amazing and beautiful.

On the other hand, Misty watches her sisters silently. No one knows what she is thinking. Ash has a clue.

Brock as usual his eyes sparkle with a different intention. Though he admired the performance, he admired the beauties.

After waiting for the performance to end. The four of them approach the three girls, Daisy, Violet, and Lily.

"""Misty?""" The three sisters said in unison.

"Daisy, Violet, and Lily. I'm home." Misty said.

"Welcome back my dear little sister. Why are you here? Are you done rebelling?" Daisy quipped and laughed. But her eyes were looking at Misty with concern.

"Misty welcome back. Your sister misses you. Wow! Misty, you look more girly, you even used the famous shampoo brand. Are you done being a tomboy?" Violet happily hug Misty but didn't forget to tease her little sister.

Misty returns Violet's hug but angrily glares at her. "Who's a tomboy!"

"Oh, that's great Misty, I thought you threw away your pride and realize you cannot become strong." Lily's side glanced at Misty. Out of all the three, she was hostile to Misty. She didn't believe that Misty can become a powerful trainer.

Misty did not say anything. She already knows her sisters' personality too well. If it were not because Ash was by her side, she would've already faced off her sisters' antics.

Ash and Leaf taught her to learn to control her sudden outburst. She admits she sounds a runt when she realizes her behavior. Her sisters were right she's a runt. It was just because of her pride, she didn't want to lose against them.

"Anyways, Misty who are they?" Daisy asked.

Misty turns her head to Ash's group and introduces them.

"They are my companions. They are here to challenge the Gym." Misty simply said.

"Hi, I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town. I'm here to challenge the gym leader and win the cascade badge." Ash politely introduce himself.

"I'm Leaf, I'm also from Pallet Town and here to challenge the Gym." Leaf followed suit.

"Hello there beauties, I'm Brock. I'm an aspiring pokemon breeder. Would you like to have a date with me?" Brock quickly disappears from Ash's side and teleported before the three girls. Kneeling on one knee and spout flowery words.

"""Oh, We're sorry Brock, we already have boyfriends.""" Daisy, Violet, and Lily heartlessly rejected Brock's proposal. Leaving the guy stoned and dejected.

Ash and his party shook their heads.

"And we can't battle right now, our pokemon were tired after the performance," Daisy added.

"But if you want the badge we can give it to you for free," Violet said.

"Stop it, Violet, We can't do that. Though, I can only fight one on one battle. I can battle only one of you." Lily intercepted Violet."Decide now before I change my mind."

"Leaf you go first." Ash nudge Leaf. Leaf nodded and didn't reject him this time.

"Lily, didn't you say you don't want to participate in any gym battles?" Violet whispered.

"Well, they are Misty's companions. Hate to say this but I appreciate them for making her smile that beautifully." Lily pointed at Misty who approached Ash and held his hands.

"What the! Misty is so bold. Is that boy her boyfriend? Why didn't she say anything? Is she afraid we would not accept him?" Violet said.

"I think there's more to it. Look that other girl is looking at the boy with a loving gaze." Daisy pointed at Leaf.

"Is Misty involved in a romantic drama?" Violet's expression turns excited. "I'm envious of her. I wish I had that kind of Romance. My boyfriend is head over heels to me. Honestly, He looks like my slave rather than my boyfriend. Should I dump him and date a rich Ceo?"

"Today the Gym leader of Cerulean City has been challenged by a Trained from Pallet Town. This battle will be one on one battle. On the Blue Corner, we have one of the gym leaders, Lily. On the Green Corner, we have the Challenger, Leaf. Trainers, prepare your pokemon!" The referee loudly announced.

Many people who were prepared to leave the Gym noticed that there is a match quickly return to their seats.

"Goldeen I choose you!" Lily throws out her Pokeball.

"Bulbasaur I choose you!" Leaf throws out her Pokeball.

Goldeen floats on the water battlefield. In sense, Water-type pokemon have the advantage in this kind of terrain.

Bulbasaur appears on one of the floating platforms on the water field. Facing off its opponent.

"Goldeen use Peck," Lily commanded her pokemon.

Goldeen swims speedily towards Bulbasaur.

"Bulbasaur use Vine Whip on the platform you're standing to evade it then jump on the other platform and then use Growl." Leaf ordered Bulbasaur just when Goldeen could reach to attack.

Lily was surprised by her opponent's tactic. Like her sisters, she doesn't specialize in battling. Not to mention using tactics. She better be performing than battling.

"Goldeen pursue Bulbasaur and use peck again." Unfortunately for Lily, her Goldeen doesn't have many moves. She sighed, two trainers also came from Pallet Town that challenges her sisters. 'These kids from the same town are monsters' She thought.

"Bulbasaur fire Razor Leaf" Leaf watches as Goldeen pursues her Bulbasaur.

Multiple leaf blades shoot out from Bulbasaur hitting the poor Goldeen. Goldeen could not move and was hit until knocked out.

"Goldeen is unable to Battle, Leaf from Pallet town wins!" The referee loudly announced.

It was a fast and short battle but those who have some common sense should know that despite the terrain disadvantage, the opponent was using a type advantage. Those who were intellectual enough should know that the girl's tactics were basic but still quite impressive.

It's thanks to Ash's teaching.

The battle ended, Lily and Leaf shake hands. Lily handed Leaf the Cascade badge.

"The battle was great. You're amazing." Lily said.

"Thanks, you did well too." Leaf accepted Lily's compliment.

"Meh, don't flatter me, I did worse. I'm not really suited as the gym leader, I better be performing." Lily straightforwardly said.

Leaf laughed wryly. She then thanked Lily and walk to her group. Lily eyed Misty for a bit and release a sigh. She didn't like Misty because she was a runt. Now that she saw her changed, she didn't know what to feel anymore.

"Congratulations Leaf." Ash, Misty, and Brock said.

"Thanks, guys." Lead smiled as she grabs hold of Ash's hand.

Daisy, Violet, and Lily walk towards them.

"Tomorrow, I'll battle you," Violet said to Ash. "Daisy didn't want to battle anymore. Anyways, can we borrow Misty for a bit? We have something to ask her."

Ash nodded her first sentence. He then turns his head to Misty who looks back at him. She nodded.

Misty's sisters drag her. Ash and Leaf decide to wait for her. They don't have anything to do anyway. Brock, on the other hand, said he has something to do, like exploring the city for a bit and learn something that could help his study. Ash and Leaf didn't stop him.

After a few minutes. Ash and Lead heard a loud explosion above. There the foolish trio was on their Meowth balloon.

"Prepare for trouble!" The introduction begins.

"You little twerp this time we will successfully capture your Pikachu!" Jessie haughtily shouted.

"Don't cry because we have this amazing machine!" James added.

Below the Meowth balloon, there was a large machine attached that they stole from a certain building last night.

"This vacuum machine is powerful enough to suck a pokemon," Meowth shouted frantically.

As Meowth finishes his words. The machine let out a loud noise and a powerful suction. The water pokemon happily swam on the water field after the battle were slowly sucked up by the machine.

Ash frowned before looking at his Pikachu on his shoulder. Without even saying anything, Pikachu already knew what to do.

Leaf also let out her Pidgeotto and ordered it to save the falling Pokemon.

After some time, Team rocket blasted off once again. The gym was now again peaceful.

Time passed, the sensational sister came back and noticed the damage around the gym. They asked Ash. Ash's explained to them what happened after they left. The three sisters frowned and hatefully cursed team rocket for destroying their Gym. Misty just sigh on the side, she knew it's the usual.

"Are you done chatting?" Ash asked Misty.

Misty nodded, she looks at Ash with a fervent expression. Her cheeks turn red when she recalled her conversation with her sisters. They seem to be misunderstood her situation. But, she didn't tell them the truth, she's kinda worried if they found out. The three sisters who would always pick on her cheered for her love.
