Julian muttered under his breath, his anxiety mounting, "Shit, Snorlax is seriously overpowered. I'm incredibly lucky it didn't resist capture; that would've been a nightmare. It seems feeding it has deepened our bond."

He looked at Snorlax and said, "Snorlax, I can't take you with me on our journey right now, but I have a plan. I know you'll spend most of your time sleeping, so I'll send you to a place where you can rest comfortably. When you wake up, I'll call you back, and we'll make lots of delicious food together."

Snorlax initially felt sad about not being able to travel with Julian. However, when he heard that Julian would call him back every month and prepare food for him, his mood lifted, and he gave Julian a bear hug. This time, Julian nearly fainted from the immense pressure, but his other Pokémon quickly intervened, urging Snorlax to release him before he got hurt.

With an embarrassed look on his face, Snorlax let go of Julian and scratched his head. Suddenly, he let out a big yawn and fell asleep right on the spot. Julian, unsure whether to laugh or cry, returned Snorlax to his Pokéball and began packing up his tent. He needed to head to Cerulean City by tomorrow.

As he rode away towards Cerulean City, Julian mused to himself, "Speaking of Cerulean City, I wonder how Jenny is doing." His thoughts turned to Officer Jenny, with whom he had spent a night, and he gradually disappeared on the horizon.
