It's important to know MC'S appearance and be beneficial to you all, the readers too.

Because all of the surgeries & procedures done to himself in that chapters were changing his old appearance to his new appearance so that MC could escape the cave, socialize and blend in to the people of Orario

Since his old appearance is not hideous but gigantic, unique and never seen before to Orario's people, both gods and goddesses.

MC thinks that his old appearance will probably make Orario's people, gods and goddesses fear him, be frightened, ban him from exploring the dungeon forever, they will probably kill and hunt him down

to which he doesn't take any chances, he doesn't want that to happen since he wants to enjoy his second life and not suffer from being hunted.

THE CHAPTER 3 SUMMARIZED MC'S OLD APPEARANCE.

For Context,

MC/Alex is reincarnated with a third eye(Three-Eye People, like Charlotte Pudding) and he's 65'7 ft (20 m or 2000 cm) giant that can't stand nor fully sit inside the cave.

He then ate Nomi Nomi no Mi from Dr. Vegapunk to which it increased his Brain power and capabilities

but in return, his brain continuously enlarged indefinitely and created a big a** head measuring 32'10 ft (10 m or 1000 cm).

Along with;

1.) his eyebrows moved above and far away from his 2 eyes.

2.) his third eye moved above and far away from his 2 eyes.

3.) his horns moved above and far away from his 2 ears.

After reading special books, his brain enlarged into that big a** head measuring 32'10 ft (10 m or 1000 cm).

Alex now becomes 98'5 ft (30 m or 3000 cm) giant.

Alex created plans to

1. remove the horns and store them without dying.

2. remove his continuously enlarging head or large brain part and store them without dying.

3. remove his third eye and store them without dying.

5. reduce the distance between his 2 eyebrows and 2 eyes.

6. decreases his gigantic height into 6'5 ft(196 cm), the 'normal', comfortable and his natural height from his past life.

How will he do those mentioned plans?

1. By using certain Devil Fruits

2. By doing surgeries or procedures he learned from the surgery book.

3. By using Seimei Kikan

He chose 7 Devil Fruits to which 5 Devil Fruits can aid him to plan's success

THE CHAPTER 4 SUMMARIZE, SURGERIES TO NEW APPEARANCE.

Alex completely created the said plans.

He's gonna do 3 surgeries or procedures using Devil Fruits, Surgery book and Seimei Kikan.

1st surgery,

He used(by order);

Mirror-Mirror Fruit or Mira Mira no Mi

-to create mirrors from all angles to operate a surgery to himself.

Op-Op Fruit or Ope Ope no Mi

- to create "Room!" a blue spherical dome that everything inside it won't move except time and the user. The dome let the surgeons become god-like, move objects inside the sphere.

Dice-Dice Fruit or Supa Supa no Mi

- to change his right fingers to 5 small blades that MC used to chop his tophead into 4 parts;

1. Hairline or top hair part

2. horns part

3. Third eye part

4. Area on middle of Eyebrows and eyes.

With the room still activated, he didn't die, no blood was spilled, his brain and third eye were separated into the body, they're still functional and Alex can feel them.

The Ope Ope no Mi has an adhesive property, Alex used this to stick the hairline part together with the eyebrows part into his head.

Pocket-Pocket Fruit or Poke Poke no Mi

-He stored the chopped tophead parts, horns, extra foreheads, third eye, Area on middle of Eyebrows, All of Devil fruits and the special Books.

1st surgery Done

Alex believed that Ope Ope no Mi wouldn't make he hairline fall but for extra safety & measurements. He had the 2nd surgery.

2nd surgery,

He used(by order);

Mirror-Mirror Fruit or Mira Mira no Mi

- to create a mirror to see the back of his head.

String String Fruit or Ito Ito no Mi

Sew-Sew Fruit or Nui Nui no Mi

He used the 2 DF simultaneously.

He manifested strings to his left hand and used his right hand to pierce and sutured the hairline and the Eyebrows to skin above eyes to the rest of the head for extra safety & measurement.

30 minutes passed and Alex completely sutured himself

No blood was spilled, he didn't die, his brain & head are safe and functional.

2nd surgery Done

3rd surgery or procedure,

He used Seimei Kikan to shrink his slightly large hair line part to fit. The stitches loosen and he tightens it again.

He used Seimei Kikan again to adjust his hair fading or short on the sides while long on the top and made it slightly curl for style and prevent hair to distract his vision, The haircut he chose was from his favourite haircut or hairstyle in his past life.

3rd surgery or procedure Done

4th surgery,

He used Mini-Mini Fruit or Mini Mini no Mi to shrink his height from gigantic 30 meters tall into 6'5 ft (196 cm) tall.

He successfully did the surgeries or procedures. He then move around with his 6'5 ft body.

After working out,

He used Garb-Grab Fruit or Fuku Fuku no Mi to create clothes, armor, belt, pouch and one hand axe.
