Chapter 18 Quinton Galleria

Quinton Arcade was filled with teenagers at two o'clock when Elle, Andrew and James went to their meeting place. "Whoah! I'm last again to arrive," Elle said, laughing. Elle was almost always late when meeting friends at the mall or any extracurricular activities. But she was never late when it came to school stuff. "Not really, just 5 minutes late," Andrew replied. "Let's play, Elle!" James suggested. "Sure, James!" Elle replied. "How about me? Who's gonna invite me?" Andrew teased. "I'm jealous!" He added, laughing. "Of course you are invited, Drew!" Elle said, putting her right arm on his shoulder. James smiled. They went to ticket booth and bought three tickets for bump car rides. The three of them bumped together but James was better at it, Elle kept on running away while Andrew kept on chasing her. James followed Andrew. When the time was up, they bought tickets again. Andrew said, "I'll be in Counterstrike, Elle. James, you look after Elle." He commanded. "Don't worry, Elle will not be kidnapped. I'll be her bodyguard," James replied. "Good!"Andrew agreed as he went towards PlayStation. "Whoah! I'm guarded by two guys here," Elle suddenly said. "You're right, Elle. You are special," James said, smiling at her. "I'm just being simply grounded, James, living a happy teenage life like every ordinary girls," Elle said, smiling back. They both went to ticket booth for Ocean Hockey game. It was Elle's favorite game. "But still you are the daughter of a very rich and famous parents in the country. You should be guarded as always. Look at some people here, they're staring at you like a famous star and you are really famous, Elle. Wow! I cannot imagine I have a friend like you who comes from famous people," James said. He could jump out of joy because of this sudden amazing turning point of his life. Elle just smiled at him and asked, "Do you play this game, James?" "Yes, Elle," he replied. They played together and Elle won. "You're good at it!" James said. "My favorite game here," Elle rolled her eyes. They went to Andrew who was almost done in playing. Elle suddenly said, "I'm hungry, Drew." "I know that, Elle. Food is your weakness." Andrew said. "You too, Drew," she snapped back. "Come on, James, let's go to McDonald's," Elle added. "I'm coming, Elle, wait a second," Andrew said as he beat the enemy and he won. "Done!" I won!" Andrew said happily. "Congrats Drew!" Elle said, smiling. And they all went out of the arcade, walked toward the third floor and entered McDonald's.
