Chapter 12 The Message

It was in the middle of Saturday morning when Elle woke up. She was exhausted from the trip. She took her sleep for twelve hours straight, knowing the fact that her parents were in the workplace already. She opened her windows, overviewed the surroundings nearby. saw birds flying on a sunny sky. "All is well," she thought to herself. "Time to fix myself and seize the day!" She reminded herself with a positive smile. She went inside her bathroom, took a long bubble bath, thought of not going anywhere else today, decided to just stay at home for a tv show or Facebook, and just had alone time, she knew Andrew felt tired much for he's the one who drove back and forth even she insisted to take the steering wheel back to Dale but Andrew did not allow her. She was done her bubble bath, dressed up in a simple shorts and t-shirt. She combed her hair, went downstairs for the kitchen afterwards and said, "Good morning, Nanny Ann!" Elle greeted her warmly. "Good morning, Miss Elle. Your Dad and Mom went to work already. Your breakfast is ready, Miss Elle. Would you like to eat something else?" Nanny Ann asked her, smiling. "Oh this is enough, Nanny Ann. Very delicious!" Elle appreciated the food her nanny prepared. It's a pancake and hotdog with chocolate. "Are you going out today, Miss Elle?" Nanny Ann asked. "I'm staying home, Nanny Ann," she replied after sipping her hot chocolate drink. "Beep..Beep.. Beep.." Elle's phone beeped as the message got in. "Good morning, Elle! How are you?" The message said. "Good morning too, James. I'm fine." Elle responded. "What will you do for today, Elle, any plans with Andrew?" James asked with a concern. "No plans yet. Hehehe... We just spent our one week vacation together so time to stay home." She said. "How about you? No work?" She added. "That's good you're staying home to rest. It's my rest day, Elle. So we have time to talk. Can I add you in Facebook?" James asked, smiling. "Sure, search for Elle Smith," Elle replied. She finished her breakfast, went to her room upstairs and brushed her teeth.
