Arthur found his RuneCycle intact and waiting for him in its usual parking spot in the parking building like nothing had ever happened the night before. If it wasn't for the eerie feeling of being run through by a set of onyx claws and the glossy new paint job, the prince would have thought it all a dream.
The white-haired prince fished through his pockets for his keys and a few moments later, he was zipping through the trees, heading for the largest wall in existence.
Images of the night before flashed through Arthur's mind… especially the dark devilish grin he'd gotten from the menacing creature.
Each time his mind spiralled down this road, this was the one image that resonated deeply within him.
His mind seemed to amplify the resolution of his memory when he did, exposing the rough warty appearance of the creature's black skin.
