Long awaited check up 2

"Sure she can I can even ask her sister to join if you don't mind." the woman offered enthusiastically giving her a goosebumps.

She gets it growing close to their family would be beneficial for them but asking to invite a sister she had never met rubbed her the wrong way.

"That will not be necessary since I told my parents only about Tan Mo." she rejected staring at the girl that was watching her from the hospital bed.

"But you can ju-" she started only to be stopped in her steps.

"Thank you so much I will tell Tan Mo bye." she quickly bid before hanging up and putting away her phone.

"They said yes" she announced and walked back to the side of her bed.

"Really that is great." Tan Mo exclaimed a smile lighting up her face.

She took a seat next to the bed and sighed when her still fixated cannula bumped against the chair making her hiss in pain.

To prevent being poked numerous times they had suggested a cannula.thay would ensure easy drawing of blood and administration of any medication.

She stared at her now bleeding hand and pulled it out. A drop of blood blossomed from the prick before slowly flowing down onto her skirt.

She pulled out her handkerchief and pressed onto the wound before looking up at Tan Mo who was looking out the window deep in thought.

"What are you thinking about?" she asked already having an idea of her answer.

"Nothing I am just wondering when they will let us leave." she answered looking down at her hands.

"Me too" she answered before pressing the button that was right next to the bed.

They didn't have to wait for long before a dust coat clad man and a scrubs clad nurse rushed in.

The button was supposed to be used for emergencies and she understood why they looked confused to see two alert students who had no issues.

"I wanted to ask when we will be allowed home" she said before stretching out her still bleeding hand towards them.

"and I am bleeding." she added their eyes fell on the blood stained hand and the nurse approached.

Luckily she had the stuff in hand so she cleaned her hand and put a tiny band aid on the wound after she was done.

"Take this, I didn't know where to throw it." she said before handing over her blood covered cannula.

"You are not supposed to take that off." she reprimanded while picking and placing it with the other bloodied things she had used.

"It was bleeding and crooked." she defended looking up at the nurse in irritation.

"But you should have-"

"Called for a doctor I know that why I called for you." she cut off turning to the doctor who was checking Tan Mo's file in the corner.

He looked up as if feeling gaze and shook his head at the nurse who stormed out angrily before turning to the two girls who were staring at him.

"According to this file she can go home at any time but I don't know about you what did you come in for?" he asked putting back the file.

"I was having a check up which was done a couple of hours ago and no one has told me anything." she explained.

"What's your name and which doctor was in charge?" he asked pulling out a pen and a tiny notebook.

"Feng Rouxin, and I think they kept calling the doctor director but I didn't catch her name." she answered pretending not to notice the shock on his face.

"Are you the one who recovered from an accident in a week?" he asked his previously calm voice switching to an excited one.

"Yeah, but since I am recovered do I have to stay here overnight?" she inquired.

"I am not sure of the details either let me go ask the doctor in charge of your case and get back to you." he responded before walking out.

He was gone for a couple of minutes before coming back in with a team of familiar doctors and her sisters.

Tan Mo shifted in her bed feeling uncomfortable having this many people in her ward in a single time.

They were all here for one person the girl who was calmly playing a phone game right next to her.

"What are you doing weren't you supposed to come back to your room." the smartly clad lady questioned staring down at her sister.

None of it phased her as she finished her game before putting away her phone and looking up at the group that was staring at her.

"Momo was bored so I decided to accompany her." she answered shocking the aforementioned party that didn't remember saying she was bored.

"Does that pose any problem?" she asked turning to the doctor nearest to her.

"No, none at all." he quickly answered with a shake of her head.

"It does because if you came back you would know that you were released a few minutes earlier." Tanxin contradicted angrily.

"Sorry I just wanted to accompany her." she apologized getting up from her seat.

"Then lets go" she declared turning to Tan Mo who was still seated on the bed.

ALL SO NICE

She had been very nervous the first day she was coming over to the Roaring Tiger Manor. A justified feeling as even the name of the house was intimidating.

Never had she expected the warm welcome she had received from everyone the servants and even the family.

It was a huge contrast from her home where she lived like a ghost moving around and doing all her stuff without anyone caring about her.

Even her room was beautifully decorated by the staff after inquiring about her likes and dislikes.

She pulled open the huge closet filled to the brim with new clothes she had bought with Feng Rouxin before pulling out a chiffon knee length dress.

They had plans to go out to a resort for a picnic later in the day and she felt like the dress was perfect for the activity. She placed it on the bed before going in for a quick shower that was followed by the drying of her hair.

An hour she was dressed and ready sitting on her bed fiddling with her phone as she waited for the phone call calling her out.

When her bedroom door suddenly swung open showing a beaming Feng Rouxin also dressed similarly.

"Let's go if you are done." she said standing by the doorway watching her.

"Oh and forget to bring a coat we might bet back when it's a little chilly." she added making her rush to the closet and pull out a coat before walking out.

Driver Lin was waiting outside in the car as usual and opened the door for them before walking back to the front.

She had thought the week that had been given by the school would be used to recuperate but realized how wrong she had been on the first day.

They had woken up at six o'clock and had private lessons with a few different teachers until noon when they were allowed to do whatever they wanted.

Which meant they could go out or lounge around and typically she would enjoy lounging around but not after the Feng sisters showed her how to have fun.

Although three days were remaining she hoped this fun filled week would never end but she just had to accept that nothing was eternal.

"The place that we are going to today has some wild life and even a huge lake." Feng Rouxin said drawing her out of her thoughts.

"Really which animals?" she inquired curiously already feeling excited.

"I don't know she is the one who told me." she answered turning to her sister.

"I also don't know Mo Danyi was the one who told me." she answered both the girls with a shrug.

Mo Danyi had been a constant presence in all their outings and plans something that seemed to greatly irritate Feng Rouxin.

She always looked uncomfortable and was drawn in whenever he was around a completely different picture from how she was in his absence.

"Is he also coming?" Rouxin asked with unconcealed annoyance.

"Yeah he is the one who invited us." her sister answered before turning to face the scrunched up face next to her.

"We will go and have fun stop being rude to him okay." she insisted maintaining a stern eye contact.

"Okay" Rouxin sourly agreed before turning away from her sister.

None of them had an idea as to what Mo Danyi had done to offend her but whatever it was it seemed as if it would not be resolved anytime soon.

The resort already looked magnificent from it entrance to even the drive to the packing lot where the car stopped.

They quickly climbed off and picked up their coats and bags before asking the driver to do whatever he wanted and pick them up later.

She stared at the various statues of animals that lined their path to the reception area where a beautiful made up woman greeted them warmly before asking for their coats.

"Do you have a reservation?" another woman asked.

"Yes it's under the name Mo Danyi." Tanxin answered approaching the desk that separated her from the woman.

"Oh alright he is already waiting for you inside this are to be put on you wrist and tapped whenever you go to different areas." she said handing her three green watch like bracelets.

They each took one and put them on before turning to the woman was still holding onto their coats before following her out.

She guided them into what seemed like waiting area a row of lockers stood in one end of the room where people could be seen putting away or taking out their things.

"This your locker number and key." she said handing a card to Feng Tanxin who nodded dismissing her.

They walked to their locker and opened it before hanging in their coats and putting away their bags only leaving them with Rouxin's purse that held their phones.

"Give me my phone, I will ask Mo Danyi where they are?" Tanxin said stretching out a hand to Rouxin who handed over her phone.

"Did he come with his cousin again?" Rouxin asked referring to Qin Mo who constantly hanging around Mo Danyi and did everything together.

"Yeah he said he had also invited some other people we will see later." Tanxin answered before placing the phone against her ear.

"We are in the waiting area where are you?" she asked directly before walking out the room.
