**Too ease the confusion the new Quinn will now be named Finn**
Two tiny worms were in the food of a Giant worm. While one intentionally did this, the other got caught in the action. Both Worms had the same name. But that was pretty common. Right??
Should worms even have names? All other encounters with other worms are nameless. So why must their names be the same.
'no matter how I think of it we should have the same origins' - F
Finn was trying to put pieces together. He randomly woke up in a worm body in the dark with no memories. It just baffled him. But it wasn't the time.
Currently he was almost woven into a leaf that was being dragged down into wherever that thing desires. Not to mention the unconscious predatorial worm hanging off him, that also has the same name as him.
'What do I do... AHgghg why is this so hard?!? You know what fine lets get off with this worm and find out what it's about.'
Finn wriggled and squirmed. Tunneled and burrowed. But he was pinned. And the further you go down. The less oxygen in the soil.
They were gonna drown.
...
Quinn was oblivious to his situation. His being laid with absolute emptiness. Not a single thought or waste of energy. Just the feeling of observation. Feeling his being rather than using it. Feeling the oxygen seep through his body rather than forcing it. Feeling the mana.
Observing how certain mana was left untouched while other mana was being manipulated around him by some Strange Aura. An Aura almost like his. As alone and hopeless. But different. Bigger more powerful. A strained preference. An assertive force over nature.
But there was another. Smaller. More similar. A sense of touch. A sense of an unknown connection. The same loneliness and pessimism. In inself different with confusion. A lost soul if you will.
And in the state of observation Appraisal screens shot up like fireworks.

The oxygen was getting worse. Finn stopped everything as to save energy.
'I'm gonna die!! like i'm really gonna die this time. why is this worm going down this far?? Isn't this BS. And how is this Bloody Worm still on me. All this turbulence surely the thing would slip right off...'
As if to speak it into existence. Quinn started to slip. Torn whether to help the Blood worm or not. Finn hesitated. He half-ass'd a motion to catch Quinn which resulted in The bloodworms fangs to get caught on the flesh of Finn.
'Ahhghgh you fucker get off me'
Finn squirmed the bloodworm off. But as if the scent of blood awoke it. The blood worm awoke. Even though Quinn wasn't attached to anything it felt as though he was drifting through space. Quinn realized something.
'This is [Dig] to a really high level. The concurrent earth mana is being reformed to make the earth almost fluid like. it's … genius!!! wait!! how come I can't do this. More and more BS everyday smh wait blood!?! Yummy'-Q
Quinn shifted his weight and snatched onto the leaf. His speed didn't really yank him. It actually slowed him down. The Giant was slowing down.
'Jeez don't mind if I do'-Q
Quinn let go and got flung forward toward Finn. Trying to judge the right time to much on Quinn bit down where he thought Finn was. He missed. He didn't even get leaf. Quinn then got flung past the leaf and along the Giant's body.
'Did that blood sucking parasite try to bite me?!?!?! the son of a bitch I....' -F
Finn's judgement in this stressful situation didn't feel right. Everything felt off. The Oxygen deprivation started to get to him. and he was on the brink of consciousness
'How could the worm live so deep?? It doesn't make sense!! it's B.... s' -F
Finn fainted....
'F**k... ahhh no i ...'-Q
Quinn felt it too but was in a more dire situation. If he were to suddenly stop, it'd be no different to being in a victim of a train derailing and colliding into a pizza pallor at 3.30am on a Tuesday mourning.
He had to do something. Digging one of his fangs to the side of the beast, Quinn gashed a slight scratch into the side of the worm but not penetrating the skin. Until it did. His fang caught flesh, yanked his body and snapped off. Quinn lost 1/3 of his fangs.
But now his speed matched the worm. He crawled up the worm and hid in the cut of flesh he just made. A last desperate attempt to survive off the oxygen inside the beast's body.
Until water. They hit the water bed. And could breathe once more. But it was too late. The two little worms were already unconscious and almost dead.
