Essence of Walking and Breathing

Drinking this essence gives you the basic level of walking and breathing from the nasuverse, and has amazing results on your physical form.

• Your movement capabilities become incredible, allowing you to make bursts of speed that allow you to instantly cross entire rooms to large clearings in a single step through your breath-based hyper acceleration.

• This can be focused into partial movements such as swinging a sword with speeds far beyond the speed that bullets can reach, or make improbable movements from any situation, such as using just your toes to make high jumps.

• The first side effect of this is that your strikes now hit with increased power, allowing your speed-adjusted body to strike with incredible force, another side effect is the fact that walking and breathing makes your body act like a magic circuit, this gives a slow generation of mystery in your body thereby allowing you to wield magic via your body.

• This part is optional, but as the mystery slowly builds up in your body making you harder to damage, with each breath you take, this is not a quick process however, in addition it also grants a slow regeneration to full health from any damage or ailment that you take.

You are easily able to weave the effects of this essence into your combat style, allowing you to propel yourself at greater speeds in terms of movement and attack, giving you the capability to unleash violent flurries or dozens of precise strikes in just a moment of time.

• However take note, this is just the basic mastery level, with training you may even bring this practice of walking and breathing to the point of allowing you to leap across space and time, turning this instant movement technique into teleportation and becoming capable of crossing dimensional boundaries.

And who knows, maybe one day you will reach the Root of Movement or that of Breathing.

Any other techniques that are relatable to this one can be learned easily, simply put, anything that is related to movement and breathing.

• You will instinctively know how to increase your mastery with this technique, and advance in the direction that you want to take it, this comes easily to you.

As this is just a simple martial technique, you are free to teach this to others however the technique is quite agonizing to learn, fortunately you are good at teaching this up to your own level, and so in general, teaching this technique will at most take a year.

This essence will pass on to your descendants, including the capability of teaching it to others, they will have attained the basic mastery at the age of 6, enjoy raising your little hellions.

Essence of the World Library

After drinking this transparent brown liquid you will feel for a moment the environment silence.

• You will gain the ability to summon a floating virtual screen with ALL knowledge from your original world.

• As if it were your local library you can summon any book, the book will disappear after you stop touching it but it would remember where you left it and any notes that you write on it(if you are that kind of person), alternately you can summon a notebook to write notes.

• If you have a question using the search bar on the virtual screen will show you a list of objects (books, webpages, diaries, etc.) with the answer.

• As this Library contains ALL of the information of your original world you can also enter and read any forum from any time without any administrative censorship allowing you to see the deleted posts. The webpages will be frozen and you can't modify them in any form.

• You can also summon any personal diary, missile codes, or secret information that should or has existed in your world.

• You can also summon all forms of entertainment.

• If it's a movie a projection will appear on the wall that you choose, if it's a song you will hear it at the perfect level around you as if you were in front of the artist singing/playing if it's a videogame a projected screen will form with the control of your choice, in case it's a multiplayer game it would use ultra-advanced AI to be indistinguishable from real players. If it's a tabletop game it would generate a table with all that is required to play it (board, miniatures, book rules, dice, notebook (it saves what is written on to continue the game later)).

• You can selectively choose who can hear, see, read, or play with any of the entertainment you choose.

Essence of Potential

You now have Absolute Potential otherwise known as Ultipotence, Endless / Infinite / Limitless / Meta / Omni Potential, Immeasurable / Infinite Growth, Perfect Potential, etc. allowing you to learn/master absolutely anything you want.

• This potential becomes your new baseline that you can never go below.

• You gain Potential Manipulation allowing you to manipulate the potential of anyone and anything.

• [Creation] - Grant potential to anyone and anything.

• [Enhancement] - Enhance the Potential of anyone and anything.

• [ Reduction] - Reduce the potential of anyone and anything.

• You gain the ability to grant Peak/Enhanced/Supernatural/Absolute Potential to anyone and anything.

• [Realization] - Fully bring out/realize the Potential of anyone and anything.

• [Augmentation] - Augment the potential of anyone and anything.

• [Destruction] - Take away/destroy the Potential of Anyone and Anything

Essence of Skill/Power Creation

This essence tastes of self-improvement and future victories

• By consuming this essence you gain 1 skill point (SP) every second that you exist and you gain more by performing actions like combat, satisfying actions like eating fulfilling lusts, or feelings of any sort.

• SP is granted similar to Danmachi the greater the danger, or deeper the feeling, the greater the SP reward.

• Skills rank from E to D to C to B to A to EX with E being kind of useful in certain situations but still weak and EX being an isekai or essence level cheat and the creation of such skills are priced accordingly.

• All created skills/powers will start at rank E.

• Using SP you can create, modify, upgrade, or merge skills/powers.

• Skills/powers can be anything so long as you can describe it, or simply rip off powers/skills from elsewhere just remember how they start out.

• While you can spend SP to upgrade your skills/powers you can train them up as well.

• You may create meta-skills, skills that increase SP gain or decrease cost for skill creation or modification but it will cost two to three times the skills rank to do so.

Essence of World Egg

By consuming this essence you gain the powers of a world/cosmic/universal egg however unlike the originals you may do so as many times as you like

• This allows you to craft entire worlds and universes to your specifications, you may even someday grow to be able to create a multiverse.

• You can choose to create primordial beings within your worlds.

• You can grant powers of a world to yourself and others.

• You can travel to and from your worlds as you please and send others to your worlds and take them out as you wish.

• Your potential becomes greater per world you create, create a world of fire magma and ash and you will receive greater potential for powers involving such, make a world of machines, science, and logic and you'll receive potential in whatever fields the world was made for.

• Said potential can be compounded by making more worlds of similar fields.

• You can control the time of your worlds and set notifications for specific milestones.

• If you wish you may control worlds similar to the game Worldbox.

• All beings born of or born on your worlds will instinctively trust and respect you, they also will be unable to harm you.

Essence of Refinement

It tastes like water but…fizzy?

You are able to refine anything to perfection and beyond, improving its functions and granting it new ones while removing any 'taint' which can be classified as anything you see as a drawback or limitation. This can push things to levels beyond what should be possible.

• Example: Refining an old computer into a quantum supercomputer, refining a knife until it can cut through space-time, refining your fighting skills until you can cause supernatural phenomena like punching ghosts or dropkicking someone through time.

Refinement is slow at first and depending on the target's original state it could be much slower, i.e. the 'stronger/special' the target is the slower the improvement. Example: A stick could be refined into a sword that could cut super-massive black holes before you can get even 20% through refining an Infinity Stone once.

• However no matter how powerful the refinement of a target will not take more than a month depending on which modes you use or if you use both modes.

• Items change as they are refined. The first refinement will slightly change the target such as it looking shinier/handsome/pretty with later refinements having heavier changes such as a sword changing from its normal appearance to looking like the night sky in sword form or a human changing to look like Alien X. You can somewhat control this to be more your taste though it will never be too subtle.

• You do not need to keep refining something continuously. You can always start refining something, put it down for a while then return to continue where you left off.

- You can refine things passively, actively or both.

• Passive Mode: By either looking at or touching a target you can mark them with a sigil of your own design. This sigil can be invisible should you wish. Whatever is marked with this sigil will refine passively even if you are not near it though only at 50% the speed it would if you were actively refining it yourself. You can only mark a target after you have refined them 5 times.

• Active Mode: Your usual way of refining stuff. By touching an object, person or yourself you can destroy any 'taints' (Drawbacks, limits etc.). This will increase the target's abilities such as refining your ability to heal to the point a cut heals faster than you could bleed or a gun shoots bullets faster. You can use this to extend the purview of certain abilities such as refining [Fire Manipulation] to the point of it turning into [Kinetic Energy Manipulation]. 

• You could also grant powers to targets though they will be related to functions the item has or gains through alteration such as a knife being refined to cut into the past, present and future originating from its ability to cut.

• Supreme Mode: Once you've achieved the ability to passively refine an item and then actively refine it yourself you will see explosive improvement. Something that would take a month to refine would instead take a week. Supreme Refinement is also more free form in what about your target you can refine and how much they can break the rules of reality such as refining a pen to hold more ink while staying the same size and weight in either Active and Passive mode to refining the pen into producing ink to use with the ink having its own supernatural properties that you could also refine.

• New Game Plus: By sacrificing all improvements made to something and returning it to the original none refined state you can permanently enhance the speed of its refinement. The time the target would normally take to refine is cut in half.

- This Essence is now a part of who you are death, soul destruction, reality warping or even time shenanigans will never take or suppress it in any way and if anyone tries to it will only cause this Essence and you to become stronger as it automatically refines you to overcome any foes trying to attack it.

Essence of Personal Reality

By drinking this sweet drink from a black bottle you gain:

• An invisible field that naturally radiates from your body for about 10 meters. You are aware of everything within this field.

• The field can grow with practice.

• You can manipulate this field to cause any kind of phenomenon you become familiar with. Essentially creating superpowers for yourself.

• By extending your field to something and concentrating on it to get the feel of how something happens you can recreate the results with your field such as gaining telekinesis from using your field to examine yourself moving stuff with your limbs.

• The power of your field will grow in time but examining greater phenomena will enhance the abilities you gain such as being able to create sparks and small fireballs from examining a match to being able to create car destroying fireballs after examining an explosion.

• You can use your field to examine anything from the physical, spiritual or even eldritch phenomenon.

• Due to this, you are immune to mental hazards such as cosmic/eldritch beings' true forms.
