Chapter6- Reformation

We left the mad house for Ogun state on the 23th of June, 2022. Mom said tranquility was what we need after the hustle and bustle of Lagos coupled with all that's happened.

Mom found a house at Opic Estate, Agbara, a surburd best known for its quietness.Though It wasn't like the grand house we used to live in; it was home and I love it.

I knew what mom wanted me to see at the mad house. A world without love, down to ignorance and ruled by vices. I have been reformed, so are others at the mad house.

Aunty Grace changed after spending a year in jail for breaking somebody's bone. Hilarious, how actions propel one towards change!

Brother Uche no longer chased skirts, after witnessing the purnishments of his perverted neighbours.

The mad house had also been bought by a developer. Little homes had been built and rented out in small prices.

'Shola?- That's from our gate. Walking along the side of my house towards the gate, a blissful smile came unto my face. That's surely Charles, my boyfriend. We met at university. I always recognize his baritone voice filled with honey. He has been one of the best thing that has ever happened to me.

'Hi Charles! - I said, opening the gate with my fixed smile and met a devastatingly handsome face I'd forever gaze upon.

'Is mom in?- he asked with a smile.

Yes..... OUR MOMMY.

THE END.
